The Chicken Katsu bento is filling but expensive. It’s normal Americanized Japanese food. But still tastes good.Our server was new, but very hard working.I’d compare this place to Fuji Kim’s in Texarkana.

I order sushi rolls and chicken teriyaki through Grubhub, while my hubby was in the hospital. The chicken teriyaki was bland and not good at all, rice was same way the only good thing was the yummy yummy roll I ordered. When I got my food the teriyaki sauce had spilled into the whole bag and was all over everything. I will not be ordering from here again.

This place surprised me. The service is quick, friendly and food amazing. Ordered The Boat and loved it! The prices are good too especially with lunch and dinner specials. I will be back for lunch before leaving Bossier City today.

Sushiko is excellent in all ways.The owner and his family are personally involved, every day, in running the restaurant and seeing to the highest quality of service and food.The fish is always extremely fresh, the portions generous, and the rolls very well prepared.I've had sushi from coast to coast, in places of extraordinarily high price and fancy ambience, and Sushiko's quality keeps up with them.Bossier-Shreveport restaurants often find it challenging, to say the least, to locate and hire friendly and effective service staff. However that is not an issue at Sushiko; I can say with all confidence I have not even once received anything less than excellent service, and I've been eating here for nearly a decade.Sushiko is easily the best sushi experience in northwest Louisiana!And even if you're not having sushi, it is a simple choice if you want excellent food and an unbeatable experience - and all for a modest (low!) price!
