My advice to others is to order ahead. My Smoothies are always ready when I picked up my order. The Cesar Salad was excelent. Keep up the excellent work.

Went in this morning for a Acai bowl. I was the only person there but waited almost 10 mins and then they give me my bowl in a bag so when I open it when I get home it is completely frozen. So it took the 10 mins to take a pre-made bowl out the freezer and hand it too me. Super frustrating when you want a nice smoothie.

I am a regular customer and I’ve never received such poor quality when it comes to the food. I did not request extra pesto and I get this flatbread atleast 3x a week. There is little to no cheese and the cheese that is there is no melted what so ever. Best smoothies in town but they have definitely lost me as a good customer. $14 for this.

I sat at the window for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Pulled up to the next window and waited several more minutes. Not one single person ever came to the window. Do you know why? Because the employees were sitting out front by the window playing on their phones.

Ok I don't care what some other outdated reviews have said but my wife and I and my daughter and her family luv the smoothies. There's only one size and one price, we order the Paradise Point, Blueberry Bliss and the Pomegranate Plunge and they're awesome. We drive out of our way to get these there. The service is good I'm sure they're not over staffed but no place I shop or go today is, these are made when ordered which I prefer so you will have to wait a few minutes but no more. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice change in what they're drinking/enjoying.

I enjoyed Tropical Smoothie on Airline drive. No wait plus one of the employees even brought our food outside when it was ready. Definitely worth a visit.
Sat at the window for 8 minutes, we can see four workers just chitchatting. i spent $42.00 how about check your window, your window is clear, your obviously have a pending customer pick up, when you see humans at the window, approach and show customer service. i have to call and tell her to check the window because we are here to pick up orders. Thank you

(Update): everything back in stock and a staple for fruit smoothies.(Old) Smoothies are spot on and the team always display great customer support. They are experiencing a shortage of some ingredients as all vendors are but the menu items are always worth the wait.

The Tropical Smoothie employees that were working in the morning on March 15 did an excellent job making my complicated Chia Banana Boost smoothie with so many extras...So many other locations across the country have made my smoothie incorrectly...This location did better than any other location that I've ever been too making my favorite smoothie...I really appreciate the attention to detail and focus on quality.
