I have ordered the honey butter chicken croissant multiple times from this location. The chicken is always hot, and the bacon is crispy. My complaint is that the croissant is more like a bun and ALWAYS COLD! I tried the chicken biscuit and the same thing, hot chicken with a cold biscuit. What's going on??? I typically get seasoned fries with my croissant, and one of the last times I went through drive-through, I received about 10 fries totally in my order that were cold. I guess I received the last of what was in the fry holder. I would have happily waited for fresh, hot fries, but I didn't want to make a scene. Overall, the food comes out fast, but not all of the food is hot and up to serving standards. Also, always double-check to make sure they give you any sauce you might ask for. In my experience, it's missing 90% of the time.

Staff interaction was fine. Accuracy of order was great. The fries were fine. The burgers in particular the patties themselves tasted old as if they had been in a steam warmer or such for awhile. The temperature of the meat is what I'm basing this on as it was not piping hot by no means. To borrow a quote from a movie from a few decades ago. Tastes like **** but you can eat it-that pretty much sums it up.

Went to this Wendys went inside and wanted to order at least 3 people behind counter no diners inside. We were told they had no cashier and we would have to leave and go in the drive thru. We went elsewhere to eat! That's ridiculous. If you can not wait on customers inside close the doors and put up a sign or someone else take our orders. Maybe you should pay more to get workers.?

It is actually difficult to understand how bad this Wendy's is ran. The entire staff is disgusting, they can't serve a drink without somehow managing to dip their hands inside of it. I would rather go inside and make the food myself because the staff here is so gross and show absolutely zero effort towards doing the job right. I literally watched the man working the window stick his hands in his butt crack and then proceed to dip his hands in the drink while trying to put a lid on. He didn't say a word to us but we got to witness him goof off for a whole 3 minutes while waiting for him to hand us the food that was sitting right in front of him, and then he proceeds to harass another worker there saying that she was in training and the wait was her fault.

This Wendy's used to be different for a little while a few years back in that it had decent service and somewhat above average accuracy for the area. However, like the other Wendy's restaurants in Bossier City, this place has gotten so bad that it's not even worth going to anymore.

Dinner hour, ordered to go from inside, just 3 items. Mgr handed over counter so rapidly, within 1 minute raising suspicions that food was NEITHER Hot or Fresh. Indeed, fries were barely warm, chicken sandwich was only warm and burger was correctly prepared to order, but patty was NOT at correct holding temp either, only warm. Glad I checked and mgr promptly instructed stand around Staff (4-5) to redo. Fries were removed from a fryer basket that was pulled from the fryer 3+ min before; and they were still kind of hot, but cooled too quickly to call them fresh cooked. Cashier was minimally trained and had to be quizzed multiple times for clarity of what she understood was my order Example: she kept calling the chicken sandwich a "burger"; and, couldn't quote a price of items ala carte, no drinks...just a button pusher? $15 for below par, barely edible calories. AND, I'm feeling nausea and stomach cramps as I write this. Service standards and food quality can be summarized by, "Dave's Not Here".

Standard South Bossier food experience. Food is hit and miss, with a focus on miss. Dont know why SB food is so nasty, recommended firing everyone that works there and replacing with new workers who are focused on food quality and service.

The drive thru worker looked dead into the windows of my soul and handed me a fully defrosted frosty and cold fries. This place misses too often.
