This has to be the worst WHATABURGER there is. So i order Uber eats, get the food 2hrs later. Ordered at 12:30am. Anyway the food is cold and made wrong. Wasn’t drivers fault bc he picked up when assigned and drove it straight to us. So i call WHATABURGER and the manager said just come in the next day and she would replace it. I got her name but now can’t remember it. This was about a month ago when it happened on vacation. So i go in the next day and ask for her and they say there’s no one that works there with that name. I say well she worked last night and answered the phone as the manager. They said no one there by that name. So the manager that was there happened to be female which was a female name they gave me of the manger i talk to and was supposed to be there, but she said that’s not her name and she’s not replacing our food and she’s tired of people trying to come in and get free food. At this point i wished i hadn’t thrown the food away and brought it with me bc i would have thrown it at her. So we left and ate elsewhere. But for the manager to act like she did even if she wasn’t gonna replace the order, feel sorry for whoever owns that WHATABURGER. Have to be struggling financially. Crew looked like they had just got picked up from outside prison on release day.
Employees had no idea what they were doing waited 45 mins for them to try and get us to pay for 2 separate orders ended up leaving empty handed because they didn’t know how to fix the order they messed up.

First time I've had whataburger and they didn't disappoint.
Why do it look like whataburger just throw you food together.i got a double meat w cheese the meat was halve on the buns and halve on the paper.loads of mayo which was a little tangy.do people care anymore or good help is hard to find.the burger was just sloppy.

Placed online order for 2 shakes. Going inside to pick up my order I was ignored for about 10 minutes. When I was addressed I was not sure if they received my order or what was going on. Finally I was told shake machine was being cleaned and wound be few minutes. Waited a about 30 minutes maybe more on 2 shakes. Worst service ever.
Nice and friendly staff. Most of the times the wait is longer than one would expect at a fast food restaurant.

This store was not busy when I got there until the time I left. No onion rings. The other couple that ordered food before me and my husband were still waiting on their food when we left. We were there about 30 minutes.

I showed up at 5:30 AM in desperate need of a relatively large order for some workers at the hospital. I didn’t get a bad look at all. They were all so helpful, polite, quick, and kind. They were all so nice that I felt like I had to get their names. They were Twanna, Jericka, and Mr. Ced. I was so grateful they helped me out! Thank you all so much!!!!
