As a Texan, I LOVE Whataburger, but this place was full of people and the drive thru was backed up. They closed the lobby order desk so they could serve the cars. Said they only one cook on duty. After 10 minutes waiting the manager came into the lobby to tell a guy to stop recording in his phone. The guy was not and told the manager so. We all chuckled and the manager told us to not disrespect him... uh hello, we paid for food and were told to wait. I'm wondering why he wasn't cooking to help clear the problem instead of creating a new one. This franchise will not see me again...ever.

Horrible service, sat in the drive thru for 30 min. Had to call them to find out what is going on. If you are slow you should inform those waiting in line.
I love the food. I also love the fact they stay open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They serve breakfast,lunch,and dinner anytime of the day you can have anything off the menu. They seem to stay very busy but the service moves very quickly and they are always polite and friendly. I recommend giving them a try. The food is very good especially for fast food.

I’m not sure what it is about Whataburger but it is always slow. I have never been to one and it was quick. That being said the food was good and cooked correctly but they forgot to give us any ketchup and I paid extra for gravy I did not receive. I was in a rush so I didn’t go into the drive thur to get it. I would probably eat there again but I would definitely check my bag better!
