The cheddar bites were cold and hard. I do not recommend them. Those I give 1/2 star. The salad was very good. I thought I ordered grilled but I guess I ordered the fried Cobb zalads. The chocolate chip cookies were excellent. They get 5 stars. Over all, the food was good. I would recommend Zaxbys to my friends.

I come here all the time. I’m a die hard zaxbys fan. And here recently my food just smells of old grease. I mean it really smells like they fry everything on the menu in the exact same fryers which decreases the over quality of the food. Disappointing. I don’t want chicken that smells like fried cheese/mushroom/pickles. Kills it for me. Idk if I’m the only one noticing a drop in performance. Hopefully they’ll improve!
Returned to the store. Was greeted right away. Manager was friendly and apologized for previous experience. Thanks for the positve experience.

Disappointed. I tried the boneless chicken wings for the very first time. They tasted exactly like Sonic wings but at three times the price. They had little to no sauce on them and tasted really cheap. I expected more from Zaxby’s.

Product is good, the problem was I didn't get what I ordered. I didn't get a receipt or my debit card, they could not find it. I had to order a replacement debit card, who knows who has my debit card. To me, major problem@

I've been to several of these around the country. This one was definitely one of the better. Food was fresh, hot crispy like it should be. I found the fried cheese bites to be a bit flavorless but they were fresh and hot. Staff was also friendly and helpful explaining the new items on the menu. If you're near this location, it's a good spot to grab a quick lunch that will be tasty!
This was our first time ever trying Zaxby’s, and the food was GREAT! The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant as a whole was excellent! We will definitely be eating here more!

Place order online. They brought us out the wrong food order. After returning to the restaurant, they did correct the food, but the fries were not done all the way, the Texas toast was quashed and looked gross, and the chicken was very salty. We order from here a lot, but we may not return for a while or at all.

Yes it’s late. But who forgets to put the chicken strips in a kids strip meal. The place he loves and he doesn’t get his food. Customer service in Bossier has all gone down to an all time low.
