I don't usually do fast food but circumstances called for it today. Service has really changed for the worse. I have been to two McDonalds this morning. The first on St Bernard and Broad....it took 20 minutes to give my order. There was only one person ahead of me. After another 5 minutes I drove off empty-handed and then went to the one on Canal and Broad. When I arrived there there was ONE car in line waiting to give an order. 15 minutes later I gave my order and it took another 10 minutes to get it. Oh....and on a Sunday morning at 7 AM they were out of orange juice. When I drove off there was a line of about 10 cars waiting to order. What is the problem?!! They want $15/hr for THIS kind of service? Smdh

Most trash experience of my entire life. Waited almost 2 hours for food. Everything was cold when we got it. Unacceptable for anything other than drive through. Truly the most horrible McDonalds experience of my life and that is saying something.

I'm not sure what management is doing here but y'all need to read this review and help your staff cause this is ridiculous. I waited 20 mins from ordering to window for my food and then received cold food. I was lied to and told they had Oreo McFlurrys and when I got to the window suddenly they were out of ice cream. It's clear the staff doesn't care and that's fine but what's really annoying is that management should care and make sure they're helping their staff/ordering enough product to last the weekend. Please check in with your management and make sure they're actually doing their jobs cause in my opinion this is fully a management issue and you need to actually get some competent managers.

Hungry for something quick late night? Try somewhere else. McDs doesn't staff their restaurant for s**** I walked into this store at 10 this evening and walked out at 10:30 hungry. Nobody even acknowledged my presence except to ask if I was picking up for an online service. Expectations are low when I enter McDs but they all too often succeed in underperforming. That was the case tonight. I will do my utmost to resist the urge to patronize the crap restaurant with the great locations.

I waited over 30 MINUTES in the drive-thru line. I would have left, but I had already paid. No apology, no nothing. If I could give this no stars, I would. Do not go here.

We ate here on friday 26th april. Restaurant was not busy. Ordered cheeseburger,fries and a drink. The fries were dreadful and obviously not freshly cooked. Burger was lukewarm. Drink ,a blueberry frappe was superb.

Writing this review in hopes of alerting the powers that be that their staff is scamming them big time! After a Sat night out in NOLA we asked our UBER driver to drive us through McDonalds on the way to our hotel. He kindly agreed. What we assumed would be a 5 minute detour turned into a 30 minute one. You arrive at the drive through they announce that orders will be taken at the second window and they can only take cash. Ok we assume their computer system is down, and don't pull out in time to avoid being in the one lane"chute" from which there is no exit!This being late Sat night the drive thru is packed and it took us literally 30 minutes to get to the window! As we gave our order we noticed the girl was writing it down in a notebook, I said casually are your computers down? She responded easily" oh no, she shuts them down at night and we only take cash.... but don't worry I can count good" Now I don't know who "she" is,but it doesn't take a genius to know that by shutting down the computers and only taking cash, she is scamming someone....

Następnego dnia zarówno mąż jak i ja mieliśmy zatrucie pokarmowe, przy czym nigdy wcześniej nie czułam się szczególnie źle po waszym jedzeniu. To był ostatni raz kiedy zamówiłam u Was jedzenie. Wcześniej brałam praktycznie samą kawę, ale odkąd kawą próbujecie nazywać rozwodnioną lurę z odrobiną mleka tak bardzo

Located on a small retail park near the roundabout at the entrance to Bourg from direction Val D'Isere.Close to a larger retail park with Intermarche and Super U. Well run branch of the McDonalds franchise and being France it also offers wine and beer. Popular with locals shopping and also has a Drive Thru window at the far side of the building. Large parking area. Fast service.

I've never written a bad review about anywhere in all my life but this place was so dirty I tried to use the touch screen and my hand was covered in sticky ooze. Order took over 25mins for a burger and a wrap. Fries were completely inedible, tasted like they had been sitting in the bin for a couple of days before they threw them back in the fryer, the girl working here didn't seem to mind though as she stuffed her face with fries while serving peoples food and taking orders. Burger tasted like one of the 20 cent frozen ones made of cow feet and ligaments. Truly disgraceful I will be putting a complaint to a higher authority, this restaurant should lose its franchise

The restrooms and lobby were dirty, although there were no guests in the lobby at all. I counted 8 employees, many of them just standing around, talking, and out of uniforms. They looked at us like we were disturbing them by wanting to order something. Barely any hospitality was present at all, and no one even attempted a smile the entire time. Even for a fast food establishment, this was not acceptable at all.
