Manager is not about keeping customers satisfied..she will refund u before she will remake your pizza CORRECTLY…if you order anything extra just know you will be charged and not receive what you PAID FOR because they are trying to save on food costs.. back to Pizza Hut for

Stopped by on a Saturday @ 11:00am the sign was lit up saying open. And there are employees inside. The door was locked they did not acknowledge me to either tell me yes were open or no their not. Went to the drive through rang the bell and they would even slide the window open. The sign says they open at 10:30 . Bad customer service and experience.

Definitely one of the best places in Luling to eat! Always good food and always fresh. Customer service good and employees are always friendly. Great job Luling Dominos!!! :) Special shout-out to Bryan, always has an upbeat energy and is very kind. He creates a great atmosphere for this store even for deliveries!

The guy that took my order was so professional and kind...He even brought my order out to my car.. The pizza was a bit pricey but I promise it was the best I've ever had from there the pizza preparer did a great job ..

Tried to order an oven baked sub over the phone. The lady wanted to know my entire name which is awkward. Then she asks for last initial. I tell her I want to order a sub and she starts telling me about pizza specials. I say I don't want pizza I want a sub, Domino's does do subs do you guys not? She says let me check, oh we don't have that available. Then I say okay, go to hang up and she says wait we have them available. I told her she was very confusing I'll be going somewhere else. Very awkward.

Worst pizza ever! No sauce, no cheese, I could count the olives, onions and peppers. Also cooked too long. ? Girl at the window rolled her eyes at us when we asked to get some extra sauces (we know we had to pay for them) just didn't want to be bothered. I always say there is no such thing as a bad pizza....I was wrong.Pizza Hut is way better!

I love dominos pizza but the store in boutte will not answer their phones, they keep hanging up on us. We have been waiting for an hour and a half and still no food, and no one can help me to cancel my order! Management at this particular location is horrible, Papa John's will be getting out business from hear on our!
I have had many issues with them. Delivering wrong items, last night brownies so burnt they could not be eaten. I always go back thinking they will improve but they don't. No more for me.

To the gentleman that made our pizza this night...Mathew....thank you Sir very much...Now....I dont like Domino's Pizza at all....I do not order it in San Antonio Tx....there is nothing I like about how they make it....But tonight....06/02/2022.....Mathew has changed my mind....it was perfect....I will be back while I am visiting here....Thank you Sir....thank you...

I don't know what happened today but they need to step it up. When I went to the store to pick up my pizza, I waited 5 minutes just for them to tell me they gave it to someone else. Then I had to wait 30 more minutes for them to bring out a new order. At one point I thought they forgot about me. The only thing that kept me company was the trash pandas(raccoons) in the parking lot. You'd have a better chance at Pizza Hut down the street, or the Domino's in Destrehan. I wouldn't recommend
