This is the 2nd, time the food was HORRIBLE, McDonald's THIS IS THE NUMBER ON MY RECEIPT.(1227), The Fries taste like old Grease & they didn't put any lettuce on my Quarter Pounder, HORRIBLE !!!!! & The workers has poor communication skills, instead of trying to rush a customer to order, LISTEN !!!!! , SO YOU CAN GET THE ORDER RIGHT !!!!

Very slow service. After getting tired of sitting in line, I decided to just go inside. When I got my food, the chicken nuggets were overcooked with old oil, and the fried were burned.

I thought I would stop and get something quick to eat. Mc Donald's is normally pretty consistent. But this was the worse food I was very had. I ordered a Big Mac , the bun wasn't toasted. If you ever had a BigMac without the bun toasted it changes it drastically. It was like eating a loaf of bread with sauce on it.If I lived closer I would have went back. I also ordered a double cheese burger also not toasted. The other food was good as normal.

This new store is nice, like a Starbucks but they follow the global least number of employees policy, which is bad.... For example: To order, they stated we must order on lobby ordering computer screens but it was so complicated that it took 15 mins to never figure out how to order, then we called anyone to help and it still was a problem how to get what we wanted as he showed us general screens..... we almost walked out but decided to get anything on the screen and just sit down, too tiring. Also, in Danang store, the ketsup cups are flat and dont hold enough ketsup and are super messy....to solve this I would bring my own bowls or cups.... too complicated
