Foods fine. Order was messed up. They fixed it and messed it up again a different way. Bathroom didn't have a way to dry hands. And it seemed like someone had clogged the toilet when we got there and before we left I saw stuff left in the bathroom. If you don't mind being stressed it ok.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've been to in America. I travel a lot and prefer Wendy's over McDonald's and others but this one I'll never visit again. Food was cold and old. Out of 3 meals we ate maybe one burger, not the fries or nuggets.

Service sucks!! Guess employees decide when they're ready to work. Pulled up to drive-in about 730 this morning. Can see ppl inside but still waited 10mins in drive-in with no other vehicles in line or customers inside and no one asked to take my order. Pretty sure they were just looking at me waiting to see when I'd finally give up.

Corporate PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE …. Pretty PLEASE FIX THE OVEN AT THIS LOCATION!!! Me and several customers are SO TIRED OF HEARING THE OVEN IS BROKEN!!!This is ridiculous…. A Big BUSINESS LIKE THIS ONE HAS HAD A BROKEN OVEN FOR OVER A MONTH!!!!!Everything should be WORKING!!!

Staff appears hopelessly lost. The manager clearly doesn't know how to manage, but to be fair, it's hard to lead the undead. Girl at the counter is either high AF, or has Zero F's to give about life in general. The back kitchen is chaos incarnate.

Customer service is out the window. Thoroughness with orders are nonexistent and general kindness and friendliness need serious attention. Customer service should be top priority being a fast food restaurant.Unbelievable. And I love Wendy’s food but I will drive an hour out of the way before I go back here for a while.

The floor was really sticky like it was cleaned with a sticky substance.It was very challenging to communicate with the person taking our order. Had to clarify multiple times and what we were ordering.The order wasn't processed correctly either.
