This gas station (which also has food) intentionally rips people off. Sign advertised regular at $4.29. There is NO SIGNAGE that says it a cash price. I had driven by a few times running errands and checked the sign carefully to make sure it didn't say "cash price" anywhere. I drove well out of my way to buy gas here because of the price advertised. After pumping gas on a credit card I realized I had paid $4.39/gallon. I went inside and they said "that's the cash price". "But your sign says $4.29, it does not say anything about it being a cash price". "It's on the pump when you start pumping". "Your sign is supposed to have the correct price, it's a state law" "We don't have access to a sign that says "cash price" (OMG what BS). You're supposed to look at the pump". "I didn't look on the pump, I looked at your sign." "Then that's your fault" they told me. Oooh, it's the customers fault.... Illegal, misleading gas price signage, plus employees with rude, obnoxious attitudes. They obviously have this argument with customers on a regular basis. Don't do business with these thieves.

Always tasty. This is legit Middle Eastern food. The guys behind the counter may not be Middle Eastern and the Convenience Store vibe may not be convincing, but this is the Real Deal! Falafel, kibbe, shawarma, it's delicious.

Changed gas station food for me forever. I live out west now and have yet to find a Greek/Lebanese place that satisfies like Athena's. It's convenient (obviously haha) and way reasonably priced. Don't get gas without getting Athena's. Unless you're budgeting, then only get it every-other time you fill up gas.

Super great food! I work out of town but am in this area at least once a month. I make it a goal to come here for lunch when I am here. The lamb and shashwarma gyros taste delicious! And if you get a plate the rice is some of the best I've had. The owners are also very nice and sweet people.

AMAZING FOOD!!! They have the best lentil soup and it's complementary to your entree. The food is wonderful and there is a buffet during lunch hours. Try the Turkish coffee as well and you will be so happy!!

I simply love this place! We have enjoyed the authentic Greek meals for years and today is no exception. For Mother's Day I didn't want to cook, at the last minute I called the owner and placed a huge order for a gathering of 6 to be ready for noon. The owner had everything ready and divided out for easy presentation. The food tasted wonderful and in heaping portions. God bless you for staying open!

I previously visited here for the buffet about a year ago. We really enjoyed the food. I returned just this weekend and ordered take out. I got home only to find that the plates in which we paid over $30 for both had very small amounts of food. Not worth the price AT ALL. This looked like a $8 plate lunch as opposed to $15 amount. Ridiculous.

A previous reviewer said that Zorba was better. I don't agree. First off Zorba doesn't have a buffet. Secondly their menu is very limited compared to Athena. The food is tasty and hot. The pita bread is fresh, the hummus is delicious. The soup with the homemade pita croutons is to die for. They could add more Mediterranean salads and more hot choices but there really isn't room. The service is fast and friendly. One of my favorite places to go for lunch.
