Pretty disappointed in the accuracy of orders at this location I have tried it a couple of times once ordering in the drive through and then ordering online both times I ended up with missing items and other items made incorrectly. Not sure what the deal is.

Breakfast is usually alright, but I found three ants in our bag as soon as we left the drive through this morning. And during the night shift: we went late one night, way before closing, and the drive through women had us pull ahead. The rest of the people behind us left like nothing. Then, she brought our food out, and proceeded to stand there after saying "you got a tip for me"? Both of us were a bit baffled in the situation.. so we gave her a couple bucks and went on our way. Weeks later we tell a friend about it and they say that they have had it happen to. So.. yeah.. not great.

I hate this burger king. No matter what time I come here they got ONE PERSON in the kitchen and always telling me to pull up for my order. Worst burger king ever. I hate this place.

the lady in the car in front of me at the drive-in was screaming at the person in the window. practically foaming at the mouth with the opportunity to be cruel to someone who had no power. when it was my turn to pay at the window the person in the window was so nice to me. and the food was good.

I have never been to a Burger King that was actually on point.Friendly atmosphere, restaurant was clean, food was out in minutes & it was correct but waitttt, my fries were HOT yall!If you know, you know!!I will definitely be back! Great work! Keep it up!
Foods always good but sometimes it takes forever to get. I am still sitting in the drive through waiting on my food after I ordered it like 8 minutes ago; someone behind me is also waiting for their food. This is supposed to be “Fast Food” this location needs new management.Update: I had to go inside to get my food; I asked did yall forget about me? They said it was in the wrong bag? Do better and try not to forget about your customers waiting in line. Poor execution with a lot of room for improvement.

Usually a pleasant experience but tonight the drive through person asked my boyfriend for a tip pretty much by saying "I deserve a tip" that's very unprofessional

I ordered a spicy chicken and they gave me regular chicken and I told them and had attitude. Also my husband ordered a whopper and his meat was cold and undercooked. The one lady with red. Shirt on was being rude to another employee that was trying her best. Also the one with red shirt on had fake eyelashes that looked like they would fall into food. Never again.

My main problem with this place is a couple choices they make. Everyone in the drive through is asked to pull up after paying and they walk the food out some time later. I’m sure this is to push some kind of waiting on drive through metric. I’ve ordered only a single plain hamburger before , and been the only person in drive though and they asked me to pull up. I asked if I could wait at the window since there were no other people and they said no pull up. Inside the lobby if it isn’t locked (which it is often) the workers have been nice.
