I live 12 minutes away, it took 2 and a half hours to get here. Driver was incompetent and when I called multiple times I was lied to over and over again. Just for them to blame a third party ordering service. Horrible experience.

They delivered us 2 burnt pizzas, the Mgr. Was horrible , I'm 60 years old not 13 , spoke to me like a child . 30$ of burnt food makes no sense , who wouldn't be mad. I can see why they have 3.9 stars , they will never get my business again EVER after 10 years of

Kudos to Brandon at Domino's in Broussard. This weekend ordered to medium pizzas one being pepperoni and ham. Well, we were sent pepperoni and pineapple. I called spoke with Brandon and he had the correct pizza delivered.

Ordered a pizza at 6:20 PM on a Thursday night. The pizza was supposed to be delivered 30 to 45 minutes later. 7:07 PM I called and talk to the girl at Domino's and she tells me the delivery guide just walked in and the pizzas going out. My app says 713 LANDYN left with the pizza and it's 7:47 PM in the pizza is still not here. The manager at Domino's on Highway 90 in Broussard Louisiana said the app is wrong, it is never right and they have no control over the Domino's app. Basically you're telling me Domino's lies to the customers. Great job! ORDER PIZZA HUT!

Meh..they could put more cheese and they are not all the friendliest, but it's still dominos. Its always at least okay every time I order from them.I can say it was kind of odd my pizza wasn't piping hot. I order online, but forgot to submit. I had to order in store, then sat in my vehicle until my phone app said it was ready. Got back to the car, took a bite and it wasn't really hot. Not a big deal, it's a cold day, just makes me wonder after reading other reviews.

I’ve been ordering my pizza from this place with extra cheese because they hardly put any . Now I’m paying extra for extra cheese and still hardly getting any cheese and it’s been overcooked. I won’t be ordering again until something changes.
Pizza was fresh . Lots.of meat. Great delivery. They did get my order wrong so that was very disappointing when you are looking forward to a cheese bacon jalapeno breadAnd get a plain cheese bread.

If you can’t follow basic map instructions maybe you should not be a delivery driver! Management was trying to cover up driver mistakes instead of taking the truth as a lesson. Management then hung up the phone on me after calling them

It's the only dominos that is delivery range to us, but about 3 times out of 4, they refuse to deliver it, saying their delivery times are too long. The food is often wrong when they do deliver it. My most recent order that they actually delivered, I ordered two pizzas with toppings on half; both pizzas they didn't bother to actually cover half with; it was more like 1/3rd with toppings, 2/3rds without. If there was another in range i'd never order from here but they have a monopoly on the area.
