Fat Pat’s used to be a favorite of ours. The last few visits have been bad. Today, we waited for 8 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy. It was 4:00 PM. The manager came up front and sat us at a dirty table. He was very unapologetic about the wait. Super unprofessional and careless. The waitress didn’t greet the table but only asked for our drink order and then the same when ordering food. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in Broussard. We will not be dining at Fat Pat’s anymore.

When this place 1st opened it was awesome, now it's just dirty, everything is filthy and sticky. The moral of the place is way down, you can hear the wait staff openly talk bad about the bad things, "they didn't do any side work... they just left!" The bathrooms are gross and on the way to the bathroom do yourself a favor and don't look into the kitchen! Won't be going back, sad too because it has such potential!!!!
UNBELIEVABLY TASTY FOOD! Great service! Inviting atmosphere!I have gotten the Patty Melt and the Lemon Butter Chicken on separate occasions! Hittin!!!! Must try!!A+++ will dine here again!

We always enjoy our trips to fat pats! The beer is always crisp, burgers are always juicy, and the pulled pork nachos with mango habanero(?) Sauce is always ???
What happened to your menus? When we were seated we were told the menus were torn and worn out so we would have to use a QR code. Did they get destroyed yesterday and you couldn't get them replaced yet?Ordered the "homemade" queso and chips as appetizer. It tasted like the nachos and cheese we had at the football game last Friday night. It came out cold. Our server offered a new one, which came out warm, but still had the fresh out of a can taste.For our burgers we ordered the original. The burgers were thin and stale. The meat was gray and dry. Last time I had FatPat's it was thick and juicy and cooked medium, slightly pink - and delicious. I couldn't finish my burger today.We usually like FatPat's, but today it was very mediocre.
