There is something uniquely assumptive about staff hearing a request for an iced mocha and consistently supplying an iced WHITE mocha. This was the fourth time this has happened and each time was with different crew. Won't be returning.

one girl in Broussard the one girl in particular heavy set pale dirty brown hair she DOES NOT WEAR GLASSES looks like Fiona from that shrek movie she has been very very rude to me I haven't been saying anything but today was like I have to say something everytime she did my order she was rude and throws my card at me or just glares at me to where I'm so uncomfortable she doesn't greet at all she don't know her name but my drink was completely wrong it's wrong every time she makes it and I was so uncomfortable I didn't even go back a friend of mine last week that goes there said the same thing about this particular female last week it's really NOT okay you don’t pay to be felt like your not welcomed for something you literally pay for! I also tried contacting someone about the matter and nothing was done.UPDATE I was contacted by management and met with them and they were trying to chastise me in regards to review of my experience in what I said in regards to something that’s been happening like I’m just supposed to accept that type of service over months they made me feel like I was wrong for even stating the issue in the first place and asking me all kinds of weird questions why does it matter that there are only 2 reviews on my profile ? that has nothing to do with the situation and defending the girl who is clearly discriminatory and has been for some time my feelings and my experience is my experience! I left feeling even more uncomfortable and more uneasy and felt like my concerns were not heard really they were more concerned about what I said about the employee and her feelings rather than mine (after meeting I see why) and that I wrote a honest review about my experience me and the other person who experienced the same thing are not surprised at all considering we all had the conversation before I went there needless to say I WILL NEVER buy coffee here again I will not pay to be discriminated against treated poorly and made to feel any type of way when there is better quality coffee and WAY better service elsewhere with management that actually listens to their customers and don’t defend rude employees who are clearly discriminating disappointing but not surprised in the least!

I got a hot coffee today and it literally tasted like hot milk. There wasn’t any flavor at all and it didn’t taste like it had a single shot of espresso. Really disappointed.

My mom had a doctors appointment next-door, so we stopped in to get some coffee before hand, the baristas here were very friendly and very patient as this was our first visit and we didn’t know the menu.

Everything I've ever gotten from here has been a 10/10. And I've gotten a ton of stuff. This is by far consistently the best coffee shop I have ever been to. My family from out of town thinks so too. They make me bring them Jet every time I come to visit!
