A one star is too much to rate this business but it wouldn’t let me give them ZERO stars. I purchased one coconut snowball that was suppose to be $3.27. THEIR credit card machine show me $3.40. The employee Collin said that was the price after tax. I ultimately paid $6.94 for one snowball! I had a TIP charge on my account that I DID NOT give them! Collin said this has happened several times before. I asked for a manager and was told to message him on Facebook, so I did. The MANAGER was would NOT refund me my money back for this “so called tip” that I did NOT give them!!!Take your business somewhere’s else!

Ok, these snowballs taste great BUT the WAIT is ridiculous. There weren't a lot of cars in line, but I waited for over 30 minutes. Would have made sense with a long line, but just a few cars in front of me, so I'm not sure why it took so long. This is when the lines for daiquiri's, crawfish & snowballs are all separate windows too. Also, if I don't want everything that comes in a stuffed snowball, I probably shouldn't be charged for everything. Disappointing.

The drive through at first is just a little confusing, but they take your order & bring it to you while you wait in your car. Perfectly seasoned, never overcooked crawfish! Clean tasting. Excellent specials. I would highly recommend this place during crawfish season!!

You can hear the workers through the vent complaining about having to make spicy crawfish orders. One of the girl workers has the worst attitude and needs to learn how to talk to people. Not even a thank you for your order, just attitude. The curve to get in line has nothing on the sides my car fell off and it was $1500 to repair..I passed through the grass next time (no one else in line) and was told "don't pass through the grass like that again" I used to go almost everyday..not anymore. Lost a loyal customer due to the way this girl decided to speak to me. It could have been worded way better.

They used to be unbeatable. Things have change this year. Harder to peel and small crawfish mixed in. I bragged about this place for years and now I have to stop. This is based on two visits in the last 3 weeks. 1 before and 1 after Easter.

I’ve been living in Louisiana since a kid and always loved crawfish. Out of out all places I’ve been to this is the best crawfish I’ve ever had in Louisiana.

Very small and “soggy” to the point of being unable to peel if we’re not already half way opened. It’s as if they went through picked out what to keep and accidentally gave me the toss pile? Not sure but my dinner was a complete joke. The potatoes were over cooked. I am giving them 2 stars as the onion and garlic were good and for using delivery apps but I will not be back, not sure what happened to this place as in the past years I have had good crawfish here.
Never would have visited if my daughters boyfriend hadn't went to work there only because it's not on my daily route to and from work. I must say it's a smoothly run operation. No waiting time even though they had a big crowd picking up crawfish at that time. I was in and out in no time. Very polite employees that seemed to be enjoying their job. Couldn't leave without a daquari which I must say was also one of the best. If you want fresh Hot crawfish and a cold daquari. They are definitely THE BOSS! Will definitely be back for more.

What a great place for crawfish and dessert. Always seasoned to perfection, very consistent and nice sized crawfish to boot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Try it, you'll like it!

"Boiled" blue point crabs - awful.The meat was dry, mushy, and sticky. Never again.Their set up is nice and service is fast and friendly. Their menu is pretty interesting. I was tempted to get the Edible Cookie Deaux. All I can speak for though is the blue point mush... Err, I mean crabs.

Our order of shrimp was RIDICULOUSLY small. The order had 20 smaller sized shrimp in it. When I called back to inquire on how that would constitute a pound of shrimp, I was informed that their pound includes 20-24 shrimp regardless of size. Will NEVER return.
