Went this morning to get some food before work and had to call in due to food poisoning. Once i threw up the group i went with ended up throwing up throughout the day.

The staff here does not listen when taking your order. My husband had to oder his meal 3 times, and finally, he called the cook over and told hi what he wanted and finally he got his meal- by the time his meal finally came out correct mine was gone (which wasn't correct either however, I am not the type to send my meal back... I don't trust the wait stuff that much)... I had to eat mine or it was gonna be cold by the time my husband's came back. Now when we arrived it took 20 mins for our order to be taken, it wasn't even busy especially for a waffle house. I don't know.... I think I am about done eating out, customer service sucks everywhere since covid! ?

Our food was very good! We got porkvhops, hashbrown bowl, BLT, and cheese
I was on the way from drill and my tire popped at the Chevron near the main highway. My friend and I did all we could to try to get help for almost a hr but no one stopped for us. We walked to the Waffle House and the workers did everything they could to help us. Especially Laini she helped in every way. Deserved the tip we gave her 10/10

UPDATE! Went here on Thanksgiving evening, place wasnt even busy. Stood there 10mins. Nobody acknowledged me. 2 other ladies came in behind me and were greeted and was told she would be with them shortly. The short guy with the comic book belt has a nasty terrible attitude!! Slamming plates down and talking to his coworker like a child.Horrible!! Stood there for 15minutes while just being looked at WAITING to place my order. I finally had to ASK for somebody to take my order. One of the waitresses I watched as she blew her nose & not once washed her hands. Then she proceeded to tell a customer she has an upper respiratory infection. SERIOUSLY!!! FILTHY EMPLOYEES. And the tension amongst employees are felt as well.
