When I arrived order said completed, but I sat and waited an additional 10-15 min. After waiting I was about to receive my food when I was informed that another part of the order wasn’t completed so I would then have to wait again. I told the staff that if I had to wait they might as well make the whole order over beings my food will be cold. The caucasian woman working decided she was pissed and started to curse along with snatching the bag and throwing it. She was rude and had one of the nastiest attitudes I ever encountered in all 30 years of my life getting food. The aggression shown was out of control. I do have video of the whole incident for my safety reasons. Let’s just say I left without food and just took the refund.

So this place got bad reviews and I didn't think they would really be THAT bad..... so I gave them a chance..... they WERE that bad. Wings were way over cooked lil tiny malnourished looking wings. Kitchen staff all gathered around trying to figure out a duplicated ticket. I watch them STOP ALL WORK for about 5-7 minutes agonizing about a duplicated order. I got 2 orders of wings that came with an order of fries. Them fries was limp and impotent. 1 order of wings was coated and dripping in buffalo sauce while the other was supposed to be Cajun and I'm not sure they put anything on the Cajun wings. Also the cook back there took his hat off-scratched his head- then continued to handle the food. I still ate those crappy wings but I won't be returning to that particular store (which is in a prime location). Manager and entire staff should be replaced.

Ordered online. It said 15 mins. Left my house to pick it up. About a 15 min drive. Get there and the stores empty. They said they still working on it. 30 mins later it was ready. 3/4 in the kitchen just standing around talking the whole time.

Came to this location for a door dash. When I got there, no orders were being made at the time. It took a minute for an employee to acknowledge that I was there. When I was greeted and informed her that I was there for a door dash order. She told me it would be 15 minutes. I informed the customer. Before she told me 15 minutes, she told another lady ahead of me it would be 10 minutes for her. That was not the case for either of us, as the time was longer than given. Also, they had two other customers ahead of her and I that didn't get the food until after we received ours. This is not somewhere I recommend ordering from, nor do I recommend taking a dash from, unless the pay is really worth it. You don't receive any compensation for waiting from doordash, nor the customers, so the wait time average out with the payout is less then minimum wage.

Order got mixed up somehow, so I called the restaurant to tell them what happened, and the manager on duty proceeded to argue with me about it. When I got to the restaurant to pick up the right food, she was fussing at a cook in the middle of the kitchen in front of everyone... I won't be back.

NEVER have I EVER felt the need to leave a review before. I am not a complicated person or mean person at all. This is my THIRD time being unsatisfied with an order from this wingstop location. The other two times I had cold fries (as I was eating in the restaurant itself so they should have been fresh), and then my order was made wrong (which I then had to turn around and go back to the store after waiting 30+ minutes for my food. THIS TIME I thought “ok maybe they have the stuff together now since it has been months”…no. I got my order on time this time which is a plus, but as I started eating it at home I noticed my fries were basically black and they were dripping in grease so I couldn’t even eat them. So then I start eating my wings, which were also super greasy, and notice they barely put any bbq sauce at all. It was basically a smudge. I was so disappointed and disgusted that I had to throw my food away because the grease started making me sick. Based off of reading the reviews and through my own experiences with this wingstop, it sounds to me like they need to get their stuff together or get some well trained employees that actually know what they are doing. I can promise you, after giving multiple tries, I will not be back to this location??‍♀️

We placed an order through the app right at the restaurant’s parking lot. I got the order right after they put it in a bag. Surprisingly, the tenders were extremely saggy and cold and the Voodoo fries has no Ranch nor spices just cheese. This is my 3rd time getting orders in a very bad quality. Honestly, It is just a waste of money

I went to wingstop my order was two small six pieces combo, when I made it home after I payed for two combos I only had six wings in total and my sides and drinks. I called and got an attitude over the phone like always when the same person answers, but she made it clear that I can go back and get the other 6 pieces of chicken that was missing, instead I wanted a refund so when I asked for one, a lot of slick comments came from the two girl workers. Well I would think since they have an attitude like they know the place like the back of their hands they would know how to work the register lol. Horrible employees, terrible costumer service! Always negative, I will not step foot back into that place.

Yall, these have to be the smallest wings I’ve ever eaten. They killed them poor lil chickens when they were 1 month old apparently. Service wasn’t bad but very little value for the money.

Absolutely horrible.Sitting here as I type this, EMPTY store I walked in all employees, manager included cursing and talking loudly in front lobby about a potential employee reading his application!Took 8min for the new cashier to take my order because she couldn't hear me over them!Ordered and as they all go to the back they still LOUDLY cursing and speaking about personal business!Just unnecessary and RUDE.

This place was the most (and I hate to use this word) ghetto place I have walked into in a long time! The drink station was a mess, the workers did not look put together and I'm pretty sure none of them had anything covering their hair. While the girl at the front was helping me, the manager went and sat at a table in the front and played on her phone and ate and there were plenty of people waiting for food. I also decided to go check my order when I got to my car because the last time we ordered through door dash they forgot my tenders and blamed the door dash driver for eating them. And sure enough they forgot something in my order.. I went in and kindly asked for my side of fries... no one acknowledged me, one girl just went and started to make them and another girl said OUT LOUD, "look her face" I wasn't even making a damn face. I will never go back to this location!!

Ordered online, waited over an hour for food. We were missing an item and the food we did receive was cold. Upon entering the establishment, there were 3 employees. One was sitting down, talking to one who was manning the fryers about someone texting them. The other employee honestly looked a little lost. One employee stated “There ain’t no way” when we stated we were missing an item. There were multiple people waiting for their order. When we asked for a refund, they stated they would make the item we were missing fresh. We just asked for a refund. We were told to write our name and phone number down to receive a refund because there was no manager on duty. Service was terrible and not very promising regarding faith in Wingstop as a business.

first off i ordered at 6:32 and its 8:00 and im still waiting on my food. this has happened twice in a month. 3 workers but only 2 working snd 1 walking around lost. didn’t apologize for the wait or nothing. not coming back here

In no way is this an insult to the employees but to whomever is in charge of staffing this pace. Everytime I have come here it has been packed and they only have one or two employees trying to handle everything. Wait times extremely long.
