Always out of items that are staples in most households. For as big as it is the variety of products is limited. I live less than 5 minutes away. I will drive to the Walmart on West Pinhook to shop... A 15 minute drive. The Walmart on W Pinhook, in my opinion, is one of the nicest ones in the area.

Lawd, I wish I could give minus 5 stars!!! I ordered grocery pick up, sat there for an hour before receiving my order. During the time I had 2 employees come up and ask me what the name on the order was all of which told me it would be out in a few minutes, which ended up being about 25 minutes per time. The third time the lady actually brought out my grocery's. Tried calling the "phone number" they give to call. What help is that when they Never Answer!? Ridiculous!!!!

Not much to complain about now that they have self checkout. Just wish the stockers wouldn't leave their carts in people's way.

The worst experience ever! Placed a order at noon for 5-6. At 5:00 got a message the order was delayed. At 8:51 got a message the order was ready. Got to the store and waited 30 minutes for someone to tell me they were closed. Called store and someone hung up, called customer service and they said a 54 minute wait time. This is not acceptable at all!!! Stop taking orders that you can not fill!!! Would not recommend, will not go here again.

They refuse to honor their advertised prices. Regardless of what the app/website states they won’t honor it. The manager has the final say and can override the advertised prices. Whatever the item scans for is what they require you to pay. When you notify corporate they tell you it is in their policy that regardless of what the advertised price states the manager has the ultimate say on whether or not to honor it. Horrible. That’s why Amazon and other local stores will continue to receive my loyalty. Walmart isn’t an honorable company to their customers.

3 years ago this store had such a helpful and friendly staff, what happened. I was actually told to wait until the 2 employees finished talking about their night out. I blame this on MANAGEMENT!

I hate Walmart! They purposely put damaged returned items back on the shelf so the next customer will unknowingly buy the item. All of the Walmarts do this. They should be fined!
I'm in town visiting and have been to this location 3 times in the last week after 9:00pm and have walked out empty handed. Each time they only had 2 or 3 registers open. Each of those had a line 5 or more deep. And the parking lot was always half full. It if would have been one time then I could understand but 3 times in less than 7 days is a lack of proper planning.

I HEART THIS NEW STORE! Awesome accessibility 24/7; i never have to wait in line cuz self check out runs most of the time, which is extremely convenient! Staff has always gone out of their way to be helpful, especially management! On that note... my experiences with all of my returns, receipt or not, have been seamless & smooth. The variety/in-store selection is sufficient as well!

Made the mistake of using the online order option at this store. My pickup time was 5-6 PM and I showed up before even then to give plenty of time. It is now almost 7 PM and I still do not have my groceries. I went in and spoke to the Asst. Manager after an hour and obviously it helped because here I still sit. Me and all the other folks to the left and right of me who have been here about as long. Will never use this store again.
