Ordered a crawfish special with Fiery Special sauce and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Seafood had absolutely no flavor at all. It was horrible. Called store to speak with manager, but was told the manager would call me back and I'm still waiting on that phone call. I knew I wouldn't receive a call back when I was told I would. For almost $50 this was the worst experience at Fiery Crab I've ever had. I will never return to this one especially because I was lied to and the taste of the food was horrible. Too much SALT.

Ordered online. Pulled in the drive thru. Worker told me I had to come inside. Backing out of this narrow drive thru with two cars behind me was a chore. Might have been better to wait for the two cars in-front me. Anyways, I walked inside and my food was waiting nicely packaged inside a bag. No problems there. Then there’s the receipt with a tip line. Yeah good luck with that. Can’t see any reason I had to get out of my truck. I saved my $5 on my $30 order (for me alone). Food was good. Straighten up people. U have a drive thru window. Use it. Handing me a single bag or multiple bags out a window is done all the time at many other fast food joints. ✌?

So I've been to all of the Fiery Crab Resteraunts in the greater New Orleans area and this has been by far the worst experience. Other locations have such amazing customer service.I go in and walk up to the counter because there's a podium but no hostess. It's an express store so I wasn't sure if I had to order first or be seated. The cashier asked if I was dining in. I said yes and she said you can sit over there and motioned towards a bunch of open tables. So I just picked one.I sat down and no one ever came to my table. I sat there a good 15minutes and watched all of the waitresses standing around talking. I finally got up and walked out. This was a horrible experience from a resteraunt that usually has exceptional service.
