Makes me feel even better about what I'm about to say after seeing so many people disappointed with some of the food here. First off, I went to this place 3 or 4 times in 1 week a month ago and everything I purchased was good. Today I decide to go for 2 lbs. of shrimp and I get back to eat them and they taste fishy. 8.99 a lb. and I bring it back so that I can be refunded or get something that equals what I spent. The lady with the hair cut on both sides of her head was very rude trying to tell me what she can't do. No, if I bring back something that can cause me harm once I eat it then something needs to be done and will be done. After going back and forth about it she opened the registered all hard and grabbed 20 dollars and gave back to me but the part that gets me is she was about to say don't come back here anymore but she caught herself and said well I'm sorry you didn't like it. She turned red and stormed away with the shrimp in hand. I'm sorry but business is business and it just showed me today that she could care less about how we feel about the quality of the food, it's about the money. So, you're right ma'am I won't come back anymore.

How are everyone doing? I went to this place to purchase some fresh bowl crawfish. Turn out to be a big waste. The crawfish was rotten meaning no good. Letting you know now before you purchase crawfish, make sure you sample them Because that's where I made my mistake.

I bought two large gumbos today and it was the WORST I have ever had. It was water thin, lacked meat and seafood, just FULL of large chunky seasoning! I called the restaurant and was brushed of the phone rudely. The man who answered the phone did not even offer me anything to compensate for my displeasure. I am not pleased and will not patronize them again. I waited patiently for 33 minutes for gumbo (I also bought 4 potatoes and 1 egg) that also had no flavor. I spent 34.99 and clearly was not happy with the food or the customer service or that lack thereof. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Keith's Seafood in Chalmette unless you want to just give your money away and get spoken to in less than a human manner!!

Used to think Rocky & Carlos' had good poboys BUT, the poboys here are the BEST...overflowing with seafood or whatever you like!!!

Decided to go for a quick lunch here with the crew, not a single one of us left hungry/disappointed. Within 5-7 minutes of sitting down, I had my plate in front of me & let me tell you, they are not stingy with the servings. Everything was delicious, just enough flavor on the breading to where it wasn’t overpowering. The cocktail/tartar sauce that came with the platter was delicious. It’s my new favorite lunch spot in Chalmette, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered the shrimp poboy and they do not skimp on the shrimp! Side of fries was also very generous. Both women behind the counter were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back.

It was just kinda okay. The fish and shrimp tacos would have been better if they weren't so spicy. I love spicy food, but not when that's all you can taste. There were 4 of us that ate there and noone complained, but noone absolutely loved what they had either. It was sustenance. The tables were small if you plan on ordering more than one thing a piece. Service was good and the Restrooms were clean.
