Waited over an hour for food. The place was empty other than 3 smaller tables of 2-4 people. Was told the food was on the way out at least three times. The only reason we were given was that they were making fresh wings. I'm pretty sure that fresh wings do not take over an hour to make. By the time we got our food, we expected it to be blazing hot, and it was not. In fact, the fries were cold. Garlic parmesan, traditional wings. We're terrible. They just tasted like they were marinated in creamy. Italian dressing after coming out of the fryer. I have never had this issue at any other Buffalo. Wild wings, and this made me very disappointed.

The food was great. I had got a cheese burger it was one of the best burgers I had in a while. The waitress was friendly. Over all it was a good experience and would go back.

Ordered 3 items off of door dash. Wings were barely tossed but that’s fine. They were out of the wrap we ordered and that’s fine but I wasn’t notified until 45 mins after I ordered and the dasher arrived at the store. So we proceeded to wait even longer. I paid extra for cheese curds with our wrap but received fries instead. And the 3rd item was never placed in the bag. Awful service every single time.

Let's start with some good... I got a drink within 5 min and the lemon pepper wings were crispy! That's where the good ends. After getting my first drink at 7:40pm on a Tuesday I didn't speak or make eye contact with the bartender again until 8:05pm. So 25 min later I got to order food and get a 2nd drink. My thoughts were everyone has an off night. But nope the food came out at 8:37pm. 30 min ticket times on a Tuesday. I would say I'll give them another chance.

My two oldest love to go here and get their wing fix. Food is always pretty good, along with friendly service and typical sports bar atmosphere. I suggest dining in for their lunch wing special, great bang for the buck!

Had to wait for burgers. Then told we were actually waiting on the wings. An hour later burgers made it to the table and then 15 minutes after that got the wings. It was only 3 of us... then to get the check we got the receipt. Waited for waitress to return and ended up checking out at the delivery counter just so we could leave. It you are wanting slow service and cold food this is your place.
