By far the worst managed and staffed fast food restaurant on the entire northshore. Never once have ever gotten my order correct here. Its inevitable that they screw something up or forget whole items. They go through workers like napkins and yet they can't find even a single one that can do the job correctly. Don't waste your time coming here I won't anymore.

Dining room locked at 8pm. Sign on door says 10pm is closing time for dining room. Didn't want to hold food in our car so we went else where. There was plenty of staff just sitting around.

Usually everything is as good as it gets at this, but apparently the management has decided to be hot and miss. Maybe it's just me, but something is suspicious. Why run things perfectly some days and on others, with the exact same crew working, decide to be laid back and lazy? I don't get it, seriously, sometimes it's like these people you see just about everyday aren't the same people, these are on auto pilot in a zoned out kind of way.
We’ll never know. After about 25 minutes we pulled out of the drive-thru and left. The per person money figure is factoring in my time.

The manager and his staff was literally the sweetest. Got my food in record time and FRESH. This was first time I encountered such genuinely nice people who make your day. They even helped me carry the food and drinks out to the truck across the parking lot

I don’t understand how this BK is consistently so terrible. Orders are typically wrong and the quality of food sent out is almost always unacceptable. It’s always something. This time around food was ice cold and seemed to be days old. This isn’t an exaggeration. Do you really think it’s ok to send out rock hard burnt sausage? Biscuits were inedible. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say I could knock someone out with the biscuits.
This place is terrible. They ran out of the patties for the Jr whopper but did not inform me until after I paid for the order. So instead of using the whopper patty the manager said she would have to charge me for that. So instead she would refund me and have to order something different or wait until they cooked more to get my order!! Wow!

This Is the same Burger King where I had the most horrible dining experience about 4 years ago. Their staff was rude, their service was really slow and lousy, the fries they served were cold, not to mention they were out of ice!! Fast forward to April 2023 when I went to this Burger King again, for the first time in 4 years, and I was completely and very pleasantly surprised. First off, the staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was clean, the food was awesome. (The new Burger King fries can easily compete with Mc Donald's fries!) I had such an awesome dining experience that I decided to write this review. Excellent job, BK!
First of all, you don't go to Burger King for fine dining. You come here for a decent meal, quickly, and at a fair price. This BK does all of that, but in addition with friendly service and a very clean store. This is by far the best Burger King on the northshore!
