Second time ordering using door dash and they replace your order with whatever hard, old, nasty item they choose to. Why is it so difficult to just refund an item that they're out of? No one wants to eat mystery items that are two days old. Gross. Also, we have a child with severe allergies. Quit throwing everything in one box to save money.

Very disappointed with the direction that Butter Krisp has gone. I remember when we used to get delicious, hot, glazed donuts. I feel that they have gotten very complacent. Our orders are often wrong when we pick them up through the drive through. Price is still fair, but the quality of both service and product has suffered. At least I have the memories of when it was great!

The donuts are best in town. The burgers are hit and miss. Most of the time they have zero onions on them. That's what makes them so good. Very in consistent. And disappointing. Love the place. Just won't get burgers anymore. I still support them.
