Arrived here at around 615am, at the time the staffed seemed half asleep and pretty much ignored me when I asked where the restroom was.. my partner decided to use the restroom while I browsed the menu. My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on an overnight visit to Covington. The young man and lady at the counter were very friendly. Our coffee and beignets were hot and delicious! The restaurant is clean. We’re so glad there is a Cafe Du Monde in Covington!

Traveling through Louisiana on I-10/I-12, Cafe Du Monde in Covington, LA, provided just what we needed without having to detour into New Orleans for the best beignets around! Service was fast and the beignets were hot and tasty!
