“TLDR; Best place around. Order their food.I am progressively disabled, meaning some days I can function and others, I can't walk hardly. I also have celiac. Palmisanos is incredibly easy to order from, is unbelievably affordable, and is run by a sweet family. The food is reliably quality. I have never gotten sick and I've never had anything I disliked enough to waste. I have dishes I love more than others, but sometimes I order my not faves for health reasons, and they do an amazing job at catering to my needs.I HIGHLY recommend Palmisanos to anyone, and especially anyone who lives with food intolerance or chronic illness.Here's a love letter for the verbose:Without Palmisanos, I'd have a much harder time in life. I'd be paying way more for food that could be cross contaminated or from a restaurant with old oil, and would cost 2 or 3x the price.This service is worth driving round trip from NOLA once a week because it enables me to care for my family when my body can't. It makes me a more reliable person. It takes so much stress off of me. This business is more than a restaurant; it is a place for people like me, who are often ostracized, to find care and service and inclusion. That care part makes humans healthy. “I had my bridal high tea at Benedict's and it was absolutely wonderful! The tea, food, and desserts were delicious, everything was decorated so lovely, and the staff made sure everyone always had full glasses/tea cups! “Ya girl was a little confused on where the coffee shop was! I am a silly goose. Truth. Lolol It’s inside the salon. I walked in and was greeted and the shop was sooo cute! The girl with the nose ring was super nice and listened to me talk about my experience as a barista. She was so nice to listen to me! I told her thank you and I hoped she had a great rest of her day. The coffee was delicious! I got an iced caramel macchiato. After I finished it I was like, I want more. Wish this company was also in Hammond. It is so amazing to have younger people be passionate about their dreams and make them come true! Will definitely be back again! :)“
