I usually go through the drive thru and i get the turtle frap. It’s usually vry good but this specific time there was a HUGE chunk like HUGE check of ice in it I couldn’t even put my straw to the middle of it. Anyway it kind of made me not want to drink it but I drank it anyway. But ya usually I love ccs so I’m giving them a 4/5
I’ve been to MANY CCs. In fact, our company has setup the network for some. This may be a little “Karen” but here goes. Ordered our two drinks, which were great. Wouldn’t give me a small glass of water bc “we don’t do that, you have to buy bottled water”. I would have been happy paying a small fee for the cup for some iced tap water. I ordered my favorite, an iced caramel latte. Very good coffee but charged .80 more for any flavor other than vanilla. Went through drive through so didn't get the inside experience.
