I brought my oldest son in for lunch on his 17th bday on even though he didn’t want me to, they humored me and sang to him for the last time! (A yearly tradition) We kept it simple and only ordered appetizers and his did take a while to make it to the table… but otherwise everything was great! Service was great and friendly and drinks never ran out! We will definitely be back!!

The fajitas were delicious. The server is always so friendly and attentive. The table was clean, but the seats were not clean. The restaurant wasn't full, only one other customer when we walked in...so better attention should have been paid to the cleanliness of the seats.

Sent my friend to get our food to goWanted the 3 for me with shrimp pasta was charged for the pasta $16.99 and the items that come with the 3 for me individually. Also my friends food he asked for honey chipotle crispers and they gave him Nashville hot tenders instead. Was wayyy over charged never doing to go or going here again

All I can say is everyone that I have encountered are always pleasant, considerate, and very well trained. The best part is I have never seen an employee not be doing something! Also, as soon as you walk in through the door, all you see is smiles, even if they are busy as hell! When they tell you it's going to be a wait they apologize and then give an amount of time that you would have to but also give you an option to eat at the bar, if that is something you like to do! Plus the food has always been delicious and very reasonable! I highly recommend ??
Why is it that West St. Tammany/"New" Covington gets substandard everything? I've given this Chilis a chance about 3 times in the last few years, and I'm about done. The staff is always friendly, but things like not giving you napkins when you sit at the bar and order food, or charging you for a flat Purple Haze instead of replacing it, tend to make me not want to come back. The bar chairs are super uncomfortable and not like the ones in Mandeville. Sometimes I wonder how this place is still open given its solid 2.5 star service through the years. This last time, the chips and salsa were good, the first beer was weird (as I mentioned), and the boneless wings were dry and overcooked. Normally they are drenched with sauce. This time it was like the sauce was put on only before they were cooked or something. This isn't the fault of the restaurant, but and older gentleman with sweat pants that must never have been washed came in and sat nearby. Perhaps he stays at that abandoned hotel next door. Chilis has fallen in quality overall, but the price point is a bit better than some places. If I do go again, it will be in Mandeville.

We went to this Chili’s on Monday. Nov 20, 2023 at around 7 pm. We were asked how many by a very unfriendly hostess. She appeared to be preparing a table for us, came back and just stood there, so we assumed we could take our seat. After 10 - 15 minutes of being completely ignored, we finally got up and left. The people who came in after us also gave up and left. We know that because we ran into them at the Panera Bread across the street. If I could post a review with no stars I would.

Absolutely the most disgusting horrible experience ever. Water pouring from ceiling and they try to seat us there. Asked for straw- I don't have any. I'm not wasting more time writing--. Just don't go! We left

Just around the corner from Brewster and if on Brewster just follow it all the way around and you see ? on the left. Worth the drive. Say hey to the friendly guys and gals. Some specials are 2 meals for a special price. Ask for what's new.
