Sometimes all I have time for is to pick up through the lane, everytime it’s half the amount id get going in. Staff needs to stop being lazy and give the amount they would give when people watch them make
The food isn’t bad or anything, it always tastes fresh, but everytime I order online they always screw up my order. My most recent order, I paid extra for the queso blanco and guacamole to be added to my burrito bowl and ended up with no guacamole or queso and beans instead. By the time I realize I’m home and the store is closed (I always go around 9:30 due to my schedule) so I can never get it fixed. It’s frustrating I can’t even get my money’s worth.
