They don't abide by their own hours. Time on the door is not legible and their Facebook page says they close at 9pm. Walked in at 7:45pm and was told their kitchen just closed.... Even the server didn't understand why the kitchen was "closed". Yet the restaurant had several tables still waiting on food. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Love this place, their cauliflower pizza is the first crust to not spike my blood sugar as a t2 diabetic! Their service is always great and their place is always clean and neat. The food is delicious and portions perfectly sized.

Wish I could accurately rate the food but i can’t. i sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to order so I hung up and called back just to immediately get put on hold again without anyone even speaking to me. service isn’t worth trying to go back and eat. i get they’re busy but at least communicate or try to care about your customers.

We just ate here tonight. And the pizza was delicious, restaurant was very clean and our server Greyson was absolutely awesome. He was constantly checking in on us. I will definitely be back.
Pizza is good. Little pricey. But the manager is awful.

We are just leaving a late dinner at Isabella’s. I must say we are overly impressed with the level of service we received. We went in near closing time and everyone was super nice and accommodating!! Food was fresh and delicious. I want the owners to know they are lucky to have such a caring and friendly staff! It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but definitely plan to go more often after this experience!

Love their muffuletta! Was driving about an hour out of my way to get a muffuletta at another "big name" place. They were closed once so I stopped at Isabella's. Sandwich is bigger and cheaper than the other place so they are my go to in Covington now!

1st time going because of hearing about the food being ok. The experience I had made me, my family and anyone I tell never to set foot in there again. From the moment we walked in, the staff looked upset that someone was dining in. Our waitress Angie looked angry to be working. Just standing behind the bar talking with arms folded, and made us wait to be seen until she was ready. On top of all that, there was thick caked on dust on the fans and TV’s above us, food stains on the walls next to us, and food particles still left on the “clean” plates brought for us to eat off of. Even taking my nephew to the bathroom was a sight to see. Wasn’t clean at all or anything to dry our hands with. Just overall dirty and they weren’t hiding or seemed to care.
