There is a reason that this Jimmy John's has a 2.4. One time they took my card and forgot to give it back to me in the window. I have not been since then just a few minutes ago ordered a sandwich with onions and mustard and they didn't even put either on there. Never going back!

Staff is trash. I went to order for the first time in Slidell location and the girl at the front who was taking my order was more concerned with another woman's issue instead of letting the other 2 girls handle it. She then walked away saying insert your card(not what was done to the customer in front of me) then I went to the side to get my food where someone else was waiting; same girl offered her a bag multiple times until she got it but with my food she just slammed it on the counter and walked away. Then two other girls were so in depth in their conversation about needing a therapist they didn't notice me standing at the counter to where I had to yell "Where are the napkins?" An adult is definitely needed at this location preferably one with customer service knowledge. I won't be back.

I ordered on the App for 2 sandwiches. When I got home I was very disappointed. I paid extra for regular guacamole and as the picture shows it looks more like they put it on and then wiped it off. I did not go back nor did I call because what were they going to tell me? I was not going all the way back. If management sees this please have another day of training.Than you.

Our first time going, I told the cashier... It's a tad bit awkward trying to place the order, not understanding the menu selections. You have to step aside, take a couple extra minutes to TRY to figure it out. He didn't offer any help with placing our order, seeing we were confused too. The bread was very fresh and meats very tasty!!!Parking: Parking is set up very oddly....

The lady at the window was very rude, was talking bad about my husband while the window was shut but loud enough to where we could hear. Judging him because he was in his military uniform.will not be going back, that's completely uncalled for.
Came in 8 min before closing. When walking up I could see an employee sitting at a table staring at me.When I went to open door, employee at table slammed hand on table, cursed, and walked behind counter.I would understand if the whole premise of the restaurant wasn’t super fast food. Or just lock the door.

Went to this location tonight and there was only one employee working. That is so wrong this poor guy had to do literally everything on his own.. I want to praise him! His name was John and he was so polite and collected even though his situation wasn’t right. Do better @jimmyjohns for you employees that are working so hard to keep this business together.
