Loved the food! Had a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and a half a muffelatta. Wish they still had the salad bar.....Kid-friendliness: Game room upstairs. LOVE air hockey!!!!

Pizza was great but everything else was borderline awful. All the tables were sticky or covered in crumbs. It took a while to find a clean table despite there not being many customers in the restaurant. There was trash all over the floor as well which is a shame because the interior of this place is so nice!Now the real reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the ice. When I got ice for my drink noticed there was A LOT of dirt or something frozen in the cubes. It was honestly disgusting. I told the other customers and they were all repulsed as well. All of us had to drink soda with no ice. As I was leaving I told the cashier about it and she didn’t seem to care at all. All she said was “Ok, thanks!” before walking away. You’d think she’d go look at the ice and do something, right? Definitely won’t be back for a while.

Stay away when it counts. When prepared correctly, it’s delicious pizza. But poor management and customer service ruined the experience d. They messed up our order (missing toppings), which they admitted, but manager refused to either send a correct pizza or refund the order because they were “too busy.” I guess they don’t need repeat business, so maybe they won’t stay too busy.Also don’t bother with the wings. $10 for five tiny mediocre wings is not worth it.

This is a very average pizza place. I would have rated it a 3, but they did have an unusual pizza that I enjoyed, a muffuletta pizza. There's a mezzanine with tables and a few arcade style games. It's self serve

Johnnie’s in Covington is my favorite pizza. But every time I order thru DoorDash my delivery is missing an item. My DoorDash receipt says one thing, Johnnie’s receipt says something else. This happens every time. I’m left with either1. Incompetent staff that don’t read the order when it comes in2. Someone is running a scam on DoorDash.

Comparable to a frozen pizza. The crust was insanely thin on the regular crust yet pizza. The light amount of sauce had no flavor and the sausage was like breakfast sausage not Italian. We showed up and the place was empty except for our pizza that tasted like it had been sitting on the warming shelf for hours. Wouldn’t go again or recommend it.

I have had better reheated Pizza from a gas station. This is the worst pizza I ever had. I gave it to a friend named John as a joke. He tried it and agreed it was terrible.
