The service has gone down alot. They loosing employees..due to attitudes of other employees; perhaps the employees they have is due to dreary atmosphere! I still the food! And will go back for takeout!Parking: Next door is a fancy restaurant and people park in front of McAllisters to be closer to the entrance to the restaurant. Makes it hard to find parking!

I wanted to order online but wound up going for to go. Only 3 people were working but all were smiling and my food came out quickly and correctly. I always like McAllisters. Job well done today.

The food is great. For the price, you should receive a little more. But other than that, the staff was awesome. Love the French Dip sandwich.

Food is fantastic for what it is. Doesn't really cost much more than fast food places while being far healthier.Definitely my favorite place for a quick lunchWe typically get the 2 meal for 1 to feed myself and my wife. The chopped salad with Sherry shallot dressing and king club is my go to.

Food is great when you can get it. This location DESPERATELY needs help ASAP. At the very least put to go orders in a place where people can pick up and go without having to stand in line for 20 minutes and that is no exaggeration.

Walked in to signs on the door stating their oven is broken so there’s no hot food. Apparently they don’t even have a microwave to melt cheese. As we waited in line to order the registers went down. Left without eating.

Went there and got lunch they only had three employees working because other employees did not show up and they still did an outstanding job! Definitely worth the extra 10 minutes... Not too bad for running on a short crew!

I love McAlister the food and service are great and I would give 5 stars for that. What I am very disappointed in the hours of operation. I stopped by last week at 430 and they were already closed. I'm not always around here for lunch but I am for dinner and would love to have McAlister.
