The Lady with dyed maroon hair and tattoos who took my order got it wrong twice, then got frustrated with me when I asked her to correct it (she still even did get it right in the end) She then proceeded to complain about other customers to her coworker in front of me. Just kinda a bad look overall. Got my food fast in the end though after getting it fixed at the second window. Food was fine

Walked in and should have walked right back out. Family with me were immediately told they had to order on the kiosk even though there was no one else waiting in the store. I was paying cash so this wasn't an option for me so I just waited at the register only to be "greeted' by a manager who rolled his eyes at me when he walked up. After we exchanged words he took my order and it was out in 30 seconds but the coffee was nothing but syrup. He took it back and added more to it and brought it back. All this time my family is still trying to get their order placed on the kiosk. Finally I asked for some help for them because they wanted to change the drink sizes and it wouldn't let them. The same man came over and cancelled the order and took them to the register to start again only to not even listen and got the order wrong. So after walking out they had to go back in and pay more to have it corrected.At no time did this so called manager apologize for being rude, messing the order up or anything. Glad I don't live in this area or eat fastfood often I wouldn't recommend this plate to anyone.

I was very disappointed today with my order. While the food is always good, I got to the window and asked for extra ranch for my fries and I was told I had to pay 30¢ per sauce. I feel like if I am paying for food, I shouldn’t have to pay additional for dipping sauce.

If I could give less stars I would this place is horrible the manager was rude. I am disabled I don't have the ability to speak clear. And she was extremely rude that she couldn't hear me then she didn't give me all my food and when I tried to ask her for it she said it's all in the bag but it was not. I was missing my kids food and I paid for extra sauces which were not in the bag at all she was just trying to rush me threw the line and they were not even busy there was one single car in the line behind me. Horrible horrible people. It's sad that people treat customers like this and expect to stay in buisness

Interesting McDonald's. There are no napkins except behind the counter. They were very responsive when I asked for one. The bathroom is a single occupancy and very clean. Excellent biscuit and sausage!
The food was quick but the coffee was barely Luke warm, even though it was 1 pm it's cold in Louisiana

This place is awful. They cannot get your order correct. Don't bother asking for extra anything on your burger. They seem to interpret that as not to put anything on the burger. Taste your drink before you leave because they will get that incoolrrect as well. Whoever manages that place is nit doing a good job.
