They had a child running the host stand, I’m going to assume this way her mother could still work.The child was running wild, very loud. And it’s just not the place for a child.After being seated, it took over 30 minutes for our waitress to come and take our drink order.We were told a manager wasn’t available to talk to us.Very disappointed since we come here several times a week

Today, March 25 2024 A friend and I went into get something quick. Being both of have disabilities we were going to get in and out. We're both happy that this didn't go as planned. I ordered the shroons (Fried Mushrooms)? , the Blooming Shrimp ?, Potatoe Soup ? , and the Crawfish ?. My friend ordered the sherloain steak ?. First, we tried what I had ordered, and we both gave 10 out of 10 for everything, but the Shrimp ? ?. This we gave a solid 11 out of 10. The steak was the absolute best steak I've ever tasted ? . He said the same thing. He had not thought to come here for a steak over other steak houses in the area. But was ecstatic with this place . We both thank the waiter for great ?? service ?. 100% ✨️?????❤️???
Stopped in for lunch during my errands run. and boy oh boy was it a great time. Service from Alcola was speedy and friendly! His fellow servers chipped in to help him and made sure I had everything I needed! Will be back sooooon!

Now, this Outback regained my faith. Absolutely fantastic. I had their cheeseburger. Perfect. We went to another one, I believe in Conger. Don't.
