This had to be the filthiest Panera I have ever been to! No clean tables, the furniture was so worn and torn, the floors were filthy. Made us wonder what the kitchen must have looked like. We spoke to the young manager and he blew us off with “thanks for coming “ . Franchisee needs to visit this location.

I was traveling home from VA and pulled off the freeway to grab a bite to eat. I pulled into Panera through drive through ready to order food. I wanted breakfast and was told they were no longer serving breakfast. I asked what time did they stop serving and was told 1030am. I looked at my clock in the car and it said 1036am. I said it's 1036am and was told no. We are no longer serving breakfast. I was disappointed to say the least. I didn't order anything but contacted customer service instead.

Food has a ridiculous amount of sodium. No coke products...big thumbs down for me. While the food prep area seems to run like a well oiled machine, the front seems confused. Not to mention their confusing menu pricing. I wanted to do the "2 For". I wanted the flat bread pizza and a Ceasars salad. In no way does the menu indicate how this works. You get a full size pizza for $1 less and the salad for half price. This is not on the menu, thd order person had to explain it. OK, so now I am holding up the line trying to figure out how much my lunch will cost. What a joke. In a word Panera, CLARITY!
Do you ever just want to feel like a basic college girl looking to have a great study hall? This place got you covered! The atmosphere is very nice and clean, the drinks are refreshing, it is really giving luxury study hall vibes. For me, I come here more to study then to eat, but the food is okay if you up for it.
Drive thru here is a disaster. 30 min wait and the order is wrong when you finally get it.

The drive thru line took forever but the employees were nice and the food great. The charged lemonade tasted amazing (I asked for extra strawberry syrup and they made it as requested so it was really good). The vanilla cinnamon roll as usual is delicious.
