This is the Go To place for seafood on the north shore. Lisa and crew and friendly and very very helpful. You feel like extended family when working with them.I ordered 40 lbs of shrimp late notice, they didn’t think twice about our getting them in and prepped.

Shrimp were limp and oysters were over priced. $19/pint, I think that's a little high?

Ordered my seafood gumbo for Christmas Eve and it was ready for pickup and even came with the rice, whew, makes my Christmas a little easier!

Very friendly staff. Got some seafood gumbo along with some chix and sausage jambalaya. I prefer making it all day, but it's pretty darn tasty! Also found the book "Cajun Night Before Christmas" while shopping. Granted you can find the book online but it's nice to see it as a novelty item!

On the bright side customer service was good, just wish lunch was as it had been in the past. Poboy was not good. A large shrimp Poboy was $15, so you expect shrimp to be fresh and piled on. First it was the size of most small shrimp poboys and second it just did not taste good. Shrimp were over fried and done in a corn meal batter which is not typically done for fried shrimp. Usually fried shrimp are done in a flour batter. In addition the batter was not seasoned. Not a lot of shrimp on sandwich and the shrimp were tasteless as if they were frozen. Next time I’ll just go down the road to another seafood market or sandwich shop where is is about $3 cheaper, shrimp are piled on and sandwich is larger. Unfortunate as Pat’s has been here for a long time. Wish I had photos but we ate it in order to get back to work and just kept thinking maybe the next bite would be better. ?
