Went to go pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. My sister and friend both placed individual orders on their phones. Was told they could only give one order thru the drive thru and would have to come in. Okay, a little ridiculous but they went in only to have to come back out because they required ids for pick up. That is utterly ridiculous. We’ve both order Popeyes through the app from Slidell and have never had that problem. Nor any restaurant for the matter. It’s like they don’t want to give us our food? And then to not even have the order ready after thirty mins.

Food and staff are great here. I know, Popeye's is Popeye's, but this one the food is seasoned great and seems to use fresh cooking oil. You can tasted the difference! And the staff is always happy,no matter what time of day.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru line. Have been here for over 15 minutes and the line has not moved once. Not the only one in line either. There is nobody in the restaurant. Will never be coming to this location again. Absolutely awful. Just tried to call and ask what the problem was and the girl who answered the phone told me they had no chicken prepared. It is 6:00 on a Saturday night. Then when I asked how long it would take she hung up on me. Never coming here again hope they get shut down.

Come in here to order, girl behind the counter Logan was acting in an altered mannered, complaining of how tired she was and told her manager she was leaving at 8pm. Sat down on the floor behind the register. Another customer came in who ordered through drive thru who drove 30 minutes home to find no chicken in her bag and came back in and waited for another 10 minutes or so while staff joked and laughed, talked on personal cell phones, while the manager was chatting with friends or family who had a small infant with them that he was holding. He was also letting his employees curse at him. When we finally got our order, it was missing Cajun rice and sauces. Went back to get the sauces and the girl Logan behind the counter threw them at me across the counter.
