I have only ordered the milkshake and fries here thus far. Just going to note the milkshakes are the real deal - it's proper ice cream. Probably the best fast-food milkshake you can get in Covington if I were to guess. The fries were also piping hot and fresh. 10/10 - will come by again when the milkshake cravings hit.

Only thing was good here was the food was half way decent server acked like she hated her job so rude will never be back how does that even work I order triple meat an clear as day says it on receipt an open my bag an what is it double meat will never waste my time coming here again an the roof inside is caving in might wanna get that fixed

They use an AI to take orders at the drive-thru. I had not seen this before. An employee had to break in when an ice cream cone was ordered as their ice cream machine had been down. They could only serve shakes and cups of soft ice cream. The AI broke down when we tried to add another item to the order. We had to drive up to the window to complete the ordering process.

The service was soo rude . Me and my friend did two separate orders to get our free sandwhiches from doing the survey and we paid for bacon on our sandwhich and tell me why they put a half a piece of one bacon and they were so rude. The sign said "card or exact change only" and the lady sat there and looked at us like we were stupid while we were counting change. Like ridiculous

Horrible customer service, they all was joking around laughing with a line in drive through an I waited at the window for 15 MINUTES no one open the window to take my order or nothing!!!! Just don’t waste your time . They don’t deserve jobs !
