I ordered one of their special sandwiches garlic butter bacon but they definitely put mayo on it even though I specifically said no mayo like 4 times. Can't eat most of the sandwich. I really feel like I wasted my money. McDonald's can at least get that part right. I will not be returning to this location. The workers were too busy flirting with the boys on the bench to get the order right I guess.

So, I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it's a decent option when you're looking for a quick and easy meal, either for yourself or with family and friends. While I do enjoy the food they offer, I have to give it a three-star review for a couple of reasons.Firstly, depending on what you order, or sometimes regardless of your selection, the food can be quite greasy. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but it's something to be aware of if you prefer less oily options. Personally, I find some of their menu items to be a bit too heavy on the grease, so that's something to consider.On the positive side, the service at Sonic Drive-In is usually quite nice. The staff members are friendly and helpful most of the time. However, I did have one rare occasion where one of the workers seemed a bit sketchy. They took my cash and didn't return my change, which made me skeptical about their intentions. I had to push the button and bring it to their attention, which was an inconvenience. Nonetheless, I hope that was just an isolated incident and not a reflection of their overall service quality.In terms of the atmosphere, I would say it's pretty average or "mid," as you put it. It's not particularly outstanding or memorable, but it's also not unpleasant. You'll find the typical drive-in setup with carhops and an outdoor seating area. It's functional, but nothing extraordinary.All in all, Sonic Drive-In is a convenient choice for a quick bite with friends and family. While some of their food can be greasy, the service is usually good, and the atmosphere is decent enough. If you're in the mood for fast food and don't mind the occasional greasiness, it's worth a visit.

I've had a couple of good experiences at this location. I'll admit I don't expect much from what we would consider fast food, but stopped here a couple of weeks apart and got good food and good service. The burgers were pretty tasty. On the first visit, it was truly excellent, made just right and a bunch of bacon. The tots were crispy and not greasy. Second visit was pretty close on the burger. They did mess up a bit and added ingredients that weren't requested but it was rather minor. We just removed that ingredient. There unsweet tea is actually pretty good. So many fast food places can't seem to get that right. It tastes like to was made in the coffee pot or it has that funky taste where it obviously isn't fresh. On both visits, we pulled in a stall, ordered through the app, then once ordered said we were there and out in our stall #. I think both times we waited less that 10 minutes and probably closer to 5 minutes to get our order. The lot was clean and both times there were plenty of stalls open on both sides of the building. I could see them getting filled up of it were really busy but we had no problem either time. If you want to grab a quick, casual bite, this is a pretty good place to do it. I realize with most fast food places their is turn over and changes which could affect quality and service but at this point we have had consistency at this location.
