Today I ordered for me and another co worker. I only just put a tip in for just my order even though I ordered for 2 cause it was being charged on my card. I had a girl bring out the food and she was nice at first. She had looked at the receipt and asked if I had put the tip on there and I said yes. She then replied saying oh okay wow thanks sarcastically, and walked away. I’m guessing my tip wasn’t good enough? I found that very rude to say when I only ordered a jumbo popcorn chicken combo. I tipped 3.33.. I’ve asked others if it was a good average tip and other people don’t understand why she would have said that since that tip is pretty good. I’ve never had someone complain about tipping like you should be appreciated for getting 3.33 instead of nothing.. just saying. Other than that the food was fine just not the service!
i've been coming here for over a year now and i'm not sure what it is, but for some reason the operators always have the worst attitude. The drinks and food are always spot on but they're very argumentative and short with you when ordering. it's been like this for a while and it's frustrating. The food's not that good to put up with their attitude. i'm not sure of all the employees, but Megan is a MANAGER who's consistently rude and very much a smart alec. Joey and Brianna on the other hand are always upbeat kind and courteous.

So I’m sitting on the patio eating and the crew thinks it’s a good idea to come and change the trash while I’m eating! The smell just turned my stomach!!! Don’t sit at the patio if you stop here they have no courtesy of the people eating! That could have waited! Then the manager comes out and treats me like I did something wrong! Do better Sonic in Covington Louisiana

I just bought a cheesecake malt with extra cheesecake and got home and this malt taste like there is something spoiled. It’s either the milk or the ice cream. I tried to call them back because I live about 25-30 minutes away. I should have tried it before I left. I am very upset because that was 6 dollars and some change. I had my taste buds ready for the cheesecake. I will never order that again.
