Subway on Lee Road finally closed worst Subway in the whole franchise everyone knew it would not take long for it to close as it never had any of the regular items most Subways had and the staff was horrible

I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food we received on our recent visit to this location. Quality was not up to the standards I am used to at Subway. Staff also did not represent the brand. I understand it's difficult to staff a place but everything starts with the team you have.

Terrible service!! We complained about the service and then the following time when we went to go eat they locked the door On us, The manager was supposed to take care of it but obviously has not Honestly I don't know how this location is still even open!!!!

My son visited 1/4/23 at 1:15PM. He came home and said how nice the guy was and how he made the sandwiches with precision. I smiled because I already knew who he was talking about. He takes such pride in his job and makes the subs with love! Keep him!

Why post a sign with hours of operation if your going to close the door in someones face before your posted closing time with an empty restaurant.

Vegetarian options: They have alot of veggie options that you can pick from the menu great service thanks to Josh and Tim!!Kid-friendliness: Very good with making my kids feel like they can "make their own" subway sandwiches

Always order from here. My only complaint is that sometimes they are out of the bread I want but I understand sometimes it happens. Great employees always helping me with all the hard decisions.
Horrible service. I had to repeat my order several time. Employee more worried about what was going on around her. Another employee walked in and started a personal conversation about if they were all going to ride together tomorrow. Horrible horrible. This is not the first time my service here has been horrible.

Came in around 6:45 I know.it was close to close but did an online order to help so it was in and out. Did online order to go in there to them tell me we don’t have any mobile orders and that the computer was acting up. Was told to wait on a refund left my number and they told me had to wait for my refund for longer so I was hungry and my wife so had to pay twice they had no ice they gave me musterd instead of mayo only and I asked for cheesecake cookies and they gave me chiclet chip anyway so much wrong with this place won’t be stoping by again

I find it very convenient to have a subway in our neck of the woods. However, it seems as though this place is going kind of downhill recently. I came in today and ordered what I wanted... but the guy making my sandwich was extremely slow. Took forever just to put cheese on my sandwich. I needed to order two sandwiches today and he went on to the next person in line when he put the first one in the toaster. A girl comes from the back to finally help him, finishes the sandwiches, rolls them up very loosely, and put my two sandwiches and my brothers one sandwich all into one bag. The handles on the end ripped before we even made it to the car. Ringing me up, she asked me what I got and when I told her, she looked at me like I had 3 heads. She didn't know how to ring it up or what I was talking about. All in all, it was a sort of strange experience today. Maybe they need more training?

The gals there are nice and quick.
