Please do not order your food online for your sake. I ordered a meatball marinara on their app with extra meatballs and sauce also I wanted my bread toasted before the toppings went on. They toasted my bread way to long it was to hard to even eat it ! There was no sauce on my sandwich WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR. This place is a Joke !

The girl with the short black hair and glasses has to be the slowest person I've ever had, serving me at a subway, and then she dropped my sandwich on the ground before handing to me. Granted she offered to put it in a new bag but she took so long putting my toppings on my sandwich was already ice cold and I had it toasted twice. Atleast the place is clean

my order was messed up and I called. a guy named skylar answered. He was very kind. He said sorry over and over again. He asked me to come in to fix it. He went above and beyond to make it right. HUGE shoutout to him. I would go back and send people just because if him. Skylar, thank you again!!!!

I have been going to this location for years, never had a problem till lately. This evening I place. "The Boss " sandwich Thant has meatballs with gravy geese toasted ect, asked for lettuce and tomatoes and the guy making my sandwich takes the knife and separates the top and the bottom of the subway bread, juices running all over messes and all get up. He obviously does not know how to stuff the sandwiches in as I have seen them do many times with my sandwich. This is what I got a mess. I know he needs more training or something but a first time ever experiment there. Extremely disappointed.
