Adding to the already glowing reviews of this outstanding Northshore bakery. Born and raised in New Orleans, this place has the best king cake. I think about it all year. Light and fluffy, pastry style with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more (without getting sick of the sugar). Their almond croissants are little slices of heaven. Alors ca!!! Il fallait le savoir, j'habite pas tres loin de la boulangerie et j ai l'impression que j arrive dans une boulangerie française . L'odeur, le gout, la variété ... tout y est . C est vraiment tres, tres bon. Dommage que ca fait grossir car j'en mangerais bien tout les jours.
