idk if wendy’s just isn’t good anymore but my sister and i went and i’m sorry but it just wasn’t good??? the only thing good was the frosty so that’s why i gave it 3 stars

My burger was rare. When I got all the way back home and started to eat it first bite I spit it right back out. Put it in the microwave for a full minute patty only. The cheese melted off and burnt but patty was finally done. I tried to call and got a message machine. I wanted to warn them. How many more were they serving raw.There was no baked potatoes and had to wait for them to cook fries.

Place was dirty and cluttered. Tables sticky. The drink station not refilled. You have to ask for condiments, and you'd think the ketchup comes out of personal paychecks the way they hoarde it from customers. Food was eh.

I was hungry, had just made groceries at Winn Dixie, did not want to cook. Used the app, app wanted my to use my card, Anyway went in and " Star "took my order, and Jessica cooked my burgers just the way I wanted. Star gave me the deal that the App offered, it would never let me pay at store lol Food was good! Thank you Ladies
I Ordered a baconator, chicken sandwich and nuggets w/ lemonade & fries. It was 10:40 pm. I had to pull forward for about 10 minutes which was expected. When they brought the food, they gave me a Dave's double instead of a baconator, which was okay with me, because the food was hot, I was just missing my lemonade. I drove back around and sat at the voice box for 10 minutes, and at each window for an additional 10 minutes. I finally started beating on the window and I opened it and yelled out "I need my lemonade " and they came to the window and made a comment saying "he was really beating on the window?" You dang right I did, how else was I supposed to get your attention. I'm sitting here honking my horn and reving my motor up for 30 minutes,I know you hear me and see me out here. Slowest Wendy's ever

Don't eat here. Want to eat inside a fast food restaurant? Good luck. Rude people, slow service, wrong food. And the wrong food I did get served was ice cold and made me sick. The lemonade is bad too, tastes like plastic. It's probably because it hasn't been cleaned in years. Don't give this place any business, the manager should be fired because this location is a sinking ship.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible service from zombies that clearly hate their jobs. No receipt, no napkins, no straw for drink, weird red flakes on food that was overcooked. All I wanted was a baked potato and instead I got a rude awakening

Haven't been to a Wendy's in a while. My husband wanted their pumpkin spice frosty. Which by the way is wonderful! The reason I chose to post was because of the drive through service. The young lady at the window was professional, engaging and very pleasant. My order was correct which made me happy.
