We arrived around 30 to 45 minutes before they closed we asked a few questions about the food and we were given the wrong answer. I asked if the fries were seasoned or plain I like just salt on mine and was told they didn't come with seasoning but they did. My burger was ok I felt there was too much bread for the burger. When we got our food it was boxed up for takeout, they wanted us to leave but we wanted to stay and eat we had a 30 minute rude home and did not want to wait. I asked if we could eat our food before we left and was told "we would prefer you leave we want to close." They still had 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close. We stayed and ate food quickly. Had they told us they were only taking orders to go we would have left. When I worked in food our policy was if you came in a minute before close you got to sit and eat your meal. I always looked at customers that came in late as extra time I could earn, I was paid by the hour.It was a disappointing experience.

WOW is right! On the road working and stopped in town to hit the gym. Found this place after, got some wings to go and they were the best wings I ever had. Staff was nice too, thanks again!

We went in today for dinner. It took about 45mins to bring our order when we were told it would take 15-20mins. The quality of the food isn’t the same anymore and the wait time is very long. To go orders were being placed and picked up before us.

Have been meaning to come here for a while. Yet on my first attempts last year Google would being u to the HQ location not the restaurant. Glad that hiccups fixed.MUST say this is the nicest looking WOW I've ever been in. Outdoor area and indoor with very classy setup.*note their is a self pouring function but a tab must be opened to self use.The menu is simple yet sufficient, whether you're hungry for chicken, have kids or interested in a more plant based option.Buffalo XIII isn't as hot as I remember 10 years ago tho maybe we need a B XIV now.Chicken tenders here are better than Canes tbh plus they're cheaper and come with better sauces and more variants of sauce. NOt to mention 3x the size.Apparently this location won st Tammanys best place to get wings on the west sideVery sad the all u can eat wings promo that used to see me at WoW every Tuesday is gone ?Vegetarian options: Several beyond meat with tenders, wraps and a burger for ppl that don't want meatKid-friendliness: There's a kid menu here that's gives them some versatility for not that bad of a price Dietary restrictions: Several beyond meat with tenders, wraps and a burger for ppl that don't want meat

The wings were perfect. Crispy on the outside and not yet not dry. Plan on this being our wing spot from now on.

Took the kids to WOW... the food suckedddd, Mac and cheese was ok and tots but the chicken taste and texture feels like they used the toughest chicken in the Wild Wild West not to mention my 5 piece included 4 descent sized peices and one tiny crust piece. No thanks. Any one who eats chicken knows that if the texture is wrong it's a bad experience

They are very good! They have some pretty nice employees!! I used to go their on my breaks since I worked next door at the Italian Ice shop and it took a little bit maybe like 15-20 minutes depending on what you got and they were kinda expensive but still have good portions of food and I would always find they gave extra tots or Mac n cheese in my order so that's always a plus overall rating 5 stars I would recommend!!

Stopped here for a late lunch on our drive through the city. Lunch was alright. Standard American fare; nothing extraordinary. We liked it and may visit again.Pros1. Good food, made to order. Order was quick but we were the only ones in the store at the time too.2. Nice decor and clean interior.3. Friendly waitstaffCons1. Portion size is alright. Burgers could include some fries or a side.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The food and service was excellent. I got the grilled chicken cob salad and my wife got the Kentucky fried wrap.

Don't recommend. Suprised by how many good reviews there were. Walked in for the first time and was told it would be a 30 minutes wait for food. I said no problem and they looked irritated we still wanted to order. Table tops were all dirty. Food came out cold and tasted like they went next door to rouses and got Tyson chicken and stoffers macaroni and cheese. Not worth it. Won't be back.

The wings were the best we've had in Covington. The meat itself was flavorful and juicy. Fast service. And let's not forget the 24 self service taps they have. That was equally enjoyable! Great little place. Miss Martha served us both times we were there. Couldn't have asked for better sevice!

Started by being out of wings (really?). Not sure what happened to this place because it used to be decent, but had to throw most of our food away. Burger tasted microwaved and then grilled- was really dense and rubbery and over-salted. The only thing that was okay was the tater tots because those are so hard to screw up. It's unfortunate because this area could really use a decent wing/burger joint.
