We LOVE Zoe's. They made my wedding cake on 2002! Delicious, beautiful, & reasonably priced. I wanted a chocolate wedding cake & they were happy to oblige. I got a chocolate raspberry truffle cake & the white fondant dressed it up.Never knew it was chocolate until we cut it. ? They also have wonderful treats & cakes.We love their almond macaroons, cinnamon rolls, & cake pieces!!

Was told that a complimentary smash cake would be included along with my baby's 1st birthday cake! We did not get the smash cake after speaking with Ashley the manager she was extremely rude and hung up in my face after I told her I do not want a $20 gift card because I would never use Zoe's bakery again! Someone who was next to her was telling her what to say and he told her to hang up! So after calling back I spoke with a girl who say she personally made my cake she was even more rude and disrespectful who told me I should have picked up the cake myself and told me that $20 was all she can offer me she was yelling over the phone and told me that I shouldn't have had more than enough cake left over and let the baby smash the top half I asked to speak with the owner because they were being rude they refused! A $20 gift card compared to a $200 cake is not justified for the experience I received! Shane has rude and disrespectful people working for him! And I'll never use bakery again! I feel just because someone is dissatisfied doesn't mean to make a mockery of that person especially if this is their first time using the services they have ruined my son's 1st birthday Ashley admitted that they didn't even include the smash cake in my order! All my emails say otherwise in most cases SORRY or I APOLOGIZE doesn't solve the issue!!!! I expect my deposit back not a $20 gift card to use towards another cake the cake was tasteless and dry! After submitting my review to post I received a call from the owners wife stating that I was immature because I submitted my opinion about the establishment she then went on to say that I was racist because I called them prejudice and that I have a thing against white people and that I have a chip on my shoulder! I feel attacked because I wrote this review based off my experience with the bakery!!! So basically that just proves my entire point! I don't even want my deposit back! How about not calling upset customers fussing at them for posting about their experiences and telling me how the lady at the front counter has a "black boyfriend" that has nothing to do with my experience she seems to be the one who has a chip on her shoulder! I'm steady being attacked for speaking from MY experience

We used Zoe's for our wedding cakes, the bride's and groom's cake. As an overwhelmed bride, I was very indecisive on what I wanted my cakes to look like so I gave a few ideas and let them create something. They did not disappoint! Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning, the taste and artistry exceeded my expectations! The groom's cake was a NY style cheesecake and it was the BEST cheesecake we've ever tasted. I will be buying my husband's birthday cheesecakes here from now on. I would highly recommend using Zoe's for your bakery needs!

This place is rude!!! I called to see if they could make me a cake that’s gluten free dairy free sugar free and potato free cause of food allergies and I was told yes at first but couldn’t tell me what type of sweetener they use. I tried asking on Fb but I don’t think my questions were getting answered very well. So I called again to ask about the type of cake and sweeteners again and from the moment she answered the phone she was so rude!! Once she found out I was calling about that cake I was asking about on fb she got really short and rude with me and acted like she didn’t even want to be in the phone with me!! I would never give this place my money just because how rude they are!!

I stopped in for the first time yesterday and they had a wide variety of individually portioned treats to select from, being a major pecan pie lover I selected one of their mini pecan pies and I was disappointed! I will be back! Also- staff were super friendly and the place was clean.

Picked up the white chocolate strawberry cake for a birthday. They put the cake in the box without a bottom support, how or why that was done, I don't understand. The cake made the bottom of the box wet, it stuck to the box and was tough to lift out.....we carefully manuevered a flexible cutting board underneath it, but the cake cracked anyway. It was tasty, but the icing tasted like it had been in the fridge a bit too long. Very disappointed
