My husband enjoyed the catfish but the sweet potato fries were limp and soggy. The hushpuppies were way to large and raw in the middle. I had the fried duck tenderloins and baked potato. The potatoe was Luke warm and the texture was like it had been reheated in the microwave. The duck looked good but it had absolutely no flavor at all. They only brought cocktail sauce as a dipping sauce although on the appetizer menu it would have been served with a dipping sauce. It would be much better if I would have some remolaud sauce. We would have brought this to the attention of our waitress but aftet she sat our food down she didn't come back until we were done and my husband asked for a to go box for his left over fish. We saw her outside smoking when we drove up and then she disappeared until we were almost done and after we went to the front to pay we saw her again back out smoking. Nothing against smokers but 3 times in an hour and 20 minutes when you are on the clock.... come on. She reeked of smoked. Probably won't be making the drive back to eat there again.

Happened to see this place on our way back from a ballgame. Friendly people, great service, and good food. Would definitely consider stopping again if ever in the area.

Food was cold then waited over 2 hours to get the food. Most of the orders were wrong or one not received at all. Then owner attempted to blame waitress whom kept drinks filled. People who came in after us was served and left. Some in our group (12) were told the kitchen was hot.

Service was good and food was not as good as it usually is. Proportions where extremely small and highly over priced this visit and the alligator bits where so tough you couldn't chew them, boiled shrimp was not cooked in any seasoning but was covered in Cayenne pepper to the point it wasn't even edible, blooming onion had no flavor to batter and was wat undercooked and the sauce was sweet and just didn't go with it. Was very disappointed especially since prior visits food has been great and reasonably priced, this time it was triple what we normally pay

Food was good the first time we went. Second time, which was today July 9th 2023, we received such poor service that we decided to leave before we got our food. We waited almost 2 hours for 2 sandwiches. When we got up to leave and complained, the wanted to try and bring our food out. Only paid for our appetizer and drinks and left. I wouldn’t recommend.

the food is actually pretty good. or it was the first time we ever went. we went today July 9th 2023, and we received extremely poor service. we didn't even receive our food. we got an apppetizer and drinks. we ordered 2 poboats and never got them. waited almost 2 hours. they didn't even have the decency to come to our table and talk to us about why our food was taking so long. they didn't want to do anything until we got up to leave because we were tired of waiting. they tried to give us our food when we were paying. so I can't tell you if the food was good today or not. but the service was absolutely abysmal. would not recommend at all. They did nothing but make excuses for the poor service.

If I had to come up with some kinda complaint the only thing I can possibly come up with would be that they need more lighting in the womens restroom, that's literally all I can come up with lol.
