It's refreshing to see young people who show (what should be common) courtesy and have manners. The guy in drive thru sounded enthusiastic, like he wasn't just there to collect a paycheck, or even to take my order. He sincerely wanted to make my day better. And he did! In comparison, those who just mumble the total, take your card, slam/close the window, and walk away are missing a very important part of the interaction and it shows!Parking: It's sometimes hard to turn around...read full review
*Update*** Had a call from the manager and she wanted to know what took place, and after explaining to her, she insisted I return to fix me a burrito herself, that is great customer service from the manager, maybe I’ll change my mind about how much this place sucks.. I’ll adjust my stars from one star to 3stars.... Came here for lunch, ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito with jalapeños. Took one bite and realized it had no jalapeños and ground beef.
