I ordered from DoorDash tonight. My original chicken sandwich was so dry and the lettuce was so soggy. My onion rings were pretty good but yall didnt put my zesty sauce in there (as usual) but it disappointed me even more bc my sandwich was SO dry!

My brother and i went here yesterday. They acted like they couldnt understand english, we had a custom order. Anyway they gave us our food and for the drinks they gave us child sized sippy cups and our fries barely had any fries in the containers. Also my burger had so much sauces on it that it literally fell apart when i tried to eat it. Its no wonder there business has went down so much. I will be contacting corporate office and getting a refund in full!

The food was good but the lady behind the counter which I’m assuming is the manager was so rude l. We sent my friends son up to ask for sauce which we didn’t receive even though we asked when we ordered and he asked for 2 bbq and 2 ranch nothing extreme and the manager turns and tells the cashier no only 1 of each so I went up and told them we had two fries and 2 orders of chicken fries 2 sauces was not enough and I finally got the sauce but the whole time the manager was rude to other customers and was yelling at an older man when we were walking out. I will not be going back! LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

Went in last night and all of the workers intentionally ignored my mother while she was at the box so she drove around to order at the window. They told her she needed to go back to the box or come inside. I was on the phone with her at the time waiting in my car so I just went inside to order. The lack of care or concern was written all over their faces and the manager had no control of the situation just blamed the old fries and no cup for a drink on shift changed. I asked for the cups to fix my drink myself and the young girl lied and said the machine was broken but we were already charged $19 for the meal. They all need to be trained on having a better attitude while doing their jobs or just be let go.

Call about cold food with mayo all over the outside top of the bun. Argumentative manager says "I NEVER get food complaints"! This was not about getting more food or money back, this was about them not continued to sell the next customer COLD food. Wish I could post the pictures I took of my food in the garbage.
I went and got breakfast this morning and the food was great the girl that helped me was great, nice, and polite. As I was leaving the nice lady that helped me was at the front counter and a red head walked up to her and was just out right mean and disrespectful and ugly to her.i don’t know if it was the Gm or what but I hope this get to the top of the chain. That nice lady DOES NOT need to be treated like that!!!!!

Went and spent almost 100 dollars for the family Burger King. I asked for one ranch. And was told NO you can’t and window was shut on our face… very rude for someone that spends money at that location a lot. Never again!!!
